Reporting for Playtest at Gen Con?

I participated in a playtest event at Gen Con, and I realized yesterday that our GM never asked for our PFS number. From what I read on the blog, the playtest rewards require GM reporting in order to track the playtest points.

Has that changed, or did our table GM just forget to gather the reporting info? If the latter, is there any way to submit my information so that I can get PFS credit for the playtest scenario?

Thanks!

I was a playtest demo GM for Paizo at Gen Con this year and our area was eventually told to not bother with gathering PFS numbers. I think the main scenario tables were supposed to, but the demo had so many sessions running that it began to get hectic trying to get new player numbers and old players having to look up numbers (for those who don't play Society regularly).

Since there are no chronicles, you should have received a playtest reporting sheet with your points listed from the scenario you played. That is the only reporting that we were really given any direction on.

That being said, I ran 7 (5 hour) sessions of playtest demo at Gen Con and have been trying to figure out how they reported my playtest points as a GM - because I WAS required to turn in a reporting sheet, but all that mattered was that my PFS number was on it. It was a bit bizarre, if you ask me.

I apologize if this isn't quite a solid answer to your question.

If you were at my table, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I inquired about reporting before the convention, and when I asked the answer I got was rather vague and 'Players just need to know who their GM is, and you fill out their sheet'. When I asked further I was handed a stack of player recording sheets and was told that was all I needed.

It wasn't until my *third* Playtest slot that someone went 'Oh, hey, where's your reporting sheet?"

So there were two tables that were reported with filled-out reporting sheets from the four I ran (All Rose Street overnights, plus Friday morning at 8AM).

In addition, there was confusion as to how many points were to be awarded for Rose Street, and I did my level best based on the information available at the time.

We are waiting on some technical issues to be resolved and then it will be possible to both report any outstanding tables from Gen Con and fix any erroneous reporting. Please be patient and we will resolve this just as soon as we can. We will update the community as soon as something is completed or at least once a month until we are complete whichever comes first.
