I prodded for interest in a previous thread, and this scenario seemed most likely to get off the ground.
The Infernal Vaults, I think, is a good game for players new to pathfinder mechanics. It's challenging but not overly threatening, with a variety of opposition and a simplicity of mission typical of early PFS scenarios. While I'd prefer something more role-play friendly, I imagine that's easier to inject in the PbP format.
A decade ago, the Decklands family, a house of Chelish nobles, were exiled from Absalom for treason. Their fate made for an interesting story and when a Pathfinder agent in Cheliax studying the family's long history and exile from the City at the Center of the World ends up murdered, the Society sends you to the recently discovered Deckland Vaults in Absalom to see what connection their old home might have to your murdered colleague.

I've no preference for tier save that the players be close in level. I'd prefer at least one post per day, with the understanding that any absence will result in cautious botting or delays in combat or in generally going with the flow outside of it. I roll initiative and will post the full lineup in the campaign summary. Mapping will be in Google Drive.
I look forward to playing with all of you.

I would love to join you with a brand new character, a TWF Rogue. Preferably Unchained if non-Core.
Very much able to post at least once per day, at a minimum (See my ongoing GMing of The Confirmation and playing in Iron Gods).
Not sure if you are taking votes, but Core would be my preference but I am easy either way.

You have to go to My Pathfinder Society Alaric.
There you can create a PFS character. Pay attention what kind of game you want to join, Core or Normal (RPG), as on creation there are two buttons, one for a Core Character (only Corebook allowed) and another for Normal Campaign (all sourcebooks allowed).
Then you fill your profile for the character (take a look at more experienced players characters) and try to join a game.
I strongly advise you to read:
DH's Guide to Play By Post gaming
and other resources in the Online campaigns general discussion
Do not hesitate to ask if you have any question about PFS or PbP gaming.
I strongly advise you to join short games like PFS scenarios, and only after completing a couple or three through PbP, try to join an AP PbP.

I guess I forgot to specify that this is not core. So let that be specified.
Alaric, while I'm not new to pathfinder or running pathfinder games, I am newish to pfs and this will be my first time gming pfs. As such, I can't and won't begrudge your being in more or less the same boat.
PBP means "play by post." i.e. through forums, email, or similar.
This scenario is a pretty good one for starting players fire the reasons I mentioned in the op.
Looks like we'll probably be running this low tier, though if enough in the 4-5 tier want to pay I wouldn't mind splitting the table and running each side in parallel.
Edit: apologies for typos and wrong alias. Comcast outage = on mobile

The only way I see L5 playing with L1 is if both are outliers in a group otherwise in the 2-4 range. Hence my offer to run parallel tables if you get two more L4/5 players. It's possible for the GM to run a pregen for a legal table, but that seems kitschy in PbP.
Alaric, you asked for a sanity check:
- Tulis is a third party deity. Not PFS-legal, even if it's just fluff until and unless you take levels in warpriest or cleric or similar.
- Eyes and Ears of the City requires that one be a worshipper of Abadar.
- Did you initially go fencing grace and then switch to a scimitar build? The feats are still for the former. The weapon and its damage are for the latter
- You're underspent on ability scores. You're at 19/20
- I don't know where you're getting the 1d8+4=12 hp figure from. You should be 1d8+2 plus any favored class bonuses. You should be at 10, 11 if you put the FCB here, but if you did...
- Then you didn't put it into a skill point and are thus overspent on skills at 7/6
- Did you pull the name from Tangled or is this independent invention? If the former, you need a frying pan. :P
In general, you don't need to pass your sheet to a GM for a legality check. Especially at live tables, he or she won't have time and will be happy to assume honesty unless something is really fishy.
Current prospects for a tier 1-2 table:
- Alaric@Flynn Rider, Kensai Magus 1
- Riceak@E'li, The most original warpriest ever 1
- Jon Hunt@TWF Unchained Rogue 1
- ginjaninja@oracle 2
- Xynen@Unknown 1
- Headfirst@Unknown1
- SirPeter@Unknown ?, unless he wanted to play at tier 4-5.
Current Prospects for a tier 4-5 table:
- Vailis@Summoner 4
- Vahanian@Gunsliner 5

I actually really, really like Hangust's backstory. It's almost a pity he's not in a longer campaign.
And I'm definitely not going to laugh it up. It's hard to make an ineffective barbarian, at least at L1, and you're setting up to leverage the differences between unchained and standard rage nicely.

Ok well I finished the corrections and included the Cast Iron Pot for the exact reason to imitate a frying pan, because i could not find one. As a Gm i hope you will rule that qualifies enough for me to keep the name :p, Building backstory now but am on a long drive home from vacation in a few hours.

Ideally, 4-5 per table but I will run the usual max of 6 and can also run 3 with the tier 4 table if we get more people interested in it.
At any rate, I'm going to adjust and aim to start Monday, so I'll be picking from those who've posted their builds tomorrow afternoon (GMT -8). For those who have posted them, I'd appreciate you adding your PFS number and character number to them somewhere for accounting purposes.
