I was not asking whether or not they stacked. If they overlap, then that would make a little bit of sense, like if I wanted to get Elemental Movement sooner, then I could get to Level 9 (a Level 8 Bloodrager and a Level 1 Sorcerer), but that would be a bit impractical.
I wish there was a rulebook specifically for getting the most out of multiclassing while still being as close as possible to balanced.

You're not correct on how overlapping works: The Bloodlines may have the same name, but there's absolutely nothing written into either class that states that they would work that way. They have different power lists and abilities functioning off the same Bloodline name, but they're not the same Bloodline.
That's what stacking means, by the way, that they're added together to determine what you get. Overlapping means that they're the same name, different thing, so you'd have a Sorcerer with the Arcane Bloodline at (1), and a Bloodrager with the Arcane Bloodline at (8). These are two different things that happen to share the same name.

The ACG specifically suggests you shouldn't multiclass a hybrid with it's parent because of the impracticality:
Parent Classes: Each one of the following classes lists two classes that it draws upon to form the basis of its theme. While a character can multiclass with these parent classes, this usually results in redundant abilities. Such abilities don't stack unless specified. If a class feature allows the character to make a one-time choice (such as a bloodline), that choice must match similar choices made by the parent classes and vice-versa (such as selecting the same bloodline).

Well, for the build that I was going for, there weren't any classes that increased my base movement speed aside form Bloodrager and Monk, and the latter requires you to have at least 5 levels in that class before you start seeing results.
If I could just take the Sorcerer as it was and add some of the incredible mobility that a monk gets, then that would be awesome.

The Bloodrager and Sorcerer Bloodlines are actually pretty substantially different when you compare them side-by-side.
Multiclassing still forces you to choose the same Bloodline, but a Sorcerer and Bloodrager bloodline's effects are different enough to warrant not stacking.
However, if you're an Eldrtich Scion Magus & Bloodrager, or a Blood Arcanist & Sorcerer, I could see your DM allowing THOSE Bloodlines to stack, because the Blood Arcanist uses a Sorcerer Bloodline, while an Eldritch Scion Magus uses a Bloodrager Bloodline.
