I was asked what kind of Craft skill would I apply if someone wanted to make a chastity belt (SFW) .
Given there is no magic one (yet), I would have to guess either Craft (Jewellery), Craft (Locks) or Craft (Armour). What are your opinions?
...Alternatively create a magic chastity belt and use Spellcraft? Paizo? :D
TL;DR This is a prime showcase how the craft skill is pointless since it might be easier to invent a magical item rather then waste your precious skill point to create a mundane item.

As to the question, (locks) and either (leather) or (armor) are most appropriate in my opinion.
Do chastity belts count as armour? Can I put +1 AC on it and claim it's a Haramaki? (A belt is a belt... right?)

They generally don't, although certain skills might carry over in the creation.
If you crafted a sturdy enough version, I could see treating it as a haramaki, and possibly enchanting it as such. My advice here, as with many things, is to check with your GM.
Turns out I was wrong. In this world, chastity belt are very rare since almost every caster can cast Geas/Ques..
A mundane item would be fairly worthless in such a magical world. You could just cut it off and then reapply it later with a level 0 mending spell.
