Items like the Aegis Of Recovery

Are there any more items like the Aegis Of Recovery that is namely not the really expensive Determination armor ability. My Paladin was nearly one-shotted by a higher level enemy spirited charging me with a magical lance and I need some type of healing that does not require consciousness to activate. Any form of this is good, hopefully cheap but if it isn't, still it would be helpful to know.

Also I am a Chosen One Paladin and have a hawk familiar that is intelligent enough to use the same items I can magical (I think) or not. If there is an item that can bring me back to life like breath of life or Something.
By the way if I die does my familiar die too? I don't think he does but it would be nice to know.

No it doesn't. And there's a paladin spell and a feat, both let you use your lay on hands as an immediate action when you go below 0.

The Feat:

Reactive Healing

You can channel healing energy in response to an attack that would knock you unconscious.

Prerequisites: Quick Channel or Quicken Spell; channel energy or lay on hands class feature.

Benefit: When the damage from an attack or an effect would reduce you to 0 or fewer hit points, you can expend one use of channel energy (of a form that would heal you) or lay on hands as an immediate action to heal yourself. The healing affects only you, even if it would normally affect others.

Every PFS game I play I inform the GM "My cloak drinks my blood, I heal myself with Infernal Healing." One of these times Kyobi will actually go unconscious and I'll get to trigger his Aegis and the aforementioned Shawl of Life-Keeping.

Instantly restores 10 HP when you go to -1, which is a pretty nice boost to the Aegis recovery.

There's also the Contingent Channeling feat, though looking at it closer, it only appears to be available to Merciful Healer Clerics. For a Paladin Heroic Defiance is the easiest way to go. If you're worried about limited spell slots, a Pearl of Power is cheap.

I'm looking for a Negative Energy or Temp HP version for a Negative Energy Affinity character who doesn't want to die from their Aegis "healing" them, if anyone knows anything.

If your not playing PFS you can either craft one using the Inflict Moderate wounds spell instead of the Cure version or buy a GM approved version of it.

For PFS I have no idea.
