Minor Creation and gp value

Homebrew and House Rules

As written, Minor Creation is only limited by volume, but I am wondering if there should be a gp limit as well because it can be used to create poisons (e.g. belladonna), rare woods, etc.

I am also wondering what happens to the items if they are transformed or used; do they disappear at the end of the spell leaving no trace? For example, if created wood is burned, do the ashes disappear? If a created poison kills somebody, does it disappear from the body?

I am looking for RAW interpretations as well as opinions on how it should be used.

Well, I suppose you've actually found a nice loophole with organic non-living vegetable matter poisons, given that you have some to begin with. I'm not sure on official, but I'd rule Belladonna as living, since its poisonous properties are found in its foliage and berries. I wouldn't let you make any special materials, since major creation puts a damper on special metals.

I'd have to say that ash would appear if you burned wood, but would disappear when the spell ended, and poison would disappear similarly.

Considering you need to be level 7 to cast this, I want to let Belladonna slide, but not more expensive poisons or items, as this is surely not what the spell is designed for.

I'd have a hard time accepting that the belladonna poison was living, but I could see disallowing poisons if one were so inclined; however, I think defining a gp limit might work better.

The Robe of Components, which has Minor Creation as a pre-req, allows up to 50gp to be created per day, so perhaps allowing Minor Creation to create up to 10gp/level per casting of materials would be reasonable.
