Fair enough.
Though how the heck they're actually siblings is unknown, since the mother has never been identified. Assuming the "mother" isn't the Abyss herself.
Maybe they came from the same larva - two (horribly debauched and quite murderous) sides of the same soul.
For all we know, they're just claiming to be. To make things more... fun. ^_^

Is their a god or demigod who's focus is less guiding evil creatures, baby eating, and other sorts of "big evil" and more on acting like a d~+*~ead and making everyone else's day bad because someone was mean to them, cut them off in line, egged their house, ect. All this with the idea that a bad temper caused will prevent good deeds and cause jerkish behaviour. A ripple effect of petty evil.
.
Norgorber. His is NE and has many factions including the Skinsaw cult, poisoners, and secret keepers.

Blackfingers and the Reaper of Reputations, respectively. ^_^
The Reaper of Reputations thinks killing people is for wimps. He likes to *destroy* them, instead, by poisoning their reputations with vile slander. End up on a list and unable to live within 300 ft. of a school because of a rumor that isn't even true? That's totally how the Reaper rolls.

If they don't come from somebody who doesn't exist any more, they likely are spawn of Lamashtu.
Although I have to say that the idea of coming from the same Larva appeals to the StarCraft fan in me -- think of Zerglings, only the 2 of them have gotten REALLY evolved.
