I looked through the Guide to the Guides, but didn't see anything applicable. I know one or two off the top of my head, but is there a complete listing anywhere of the weapons that can be used with Weapon Finesse, that aren't specifically noted in the feat itself (Light weapons, elven curve blade, rapier, whip, spiked chain)?
Nowhere that I know of.
However, to my knowledge it's every light weapon, every one-handed slashing or piercing weapon (via Effortless Lace; if you don't count that I'd have to do research), and the elven curve blade
Now there is the Elven Branched Spear from The Melee Tactics Toolbox.
Aldori(?) dueling sword as well.
Aldori dueling sword, Bladed scarf, Elven branched spear, Elven curve blade, Estoc, Rapier, Spiked chain, Sword cane, and the Whip.
Of course, all Light weapons, as well.

Scimitar once you have Dervish Dance?
Well, if you go with what feats and class abilities can make finessable, then the list gets much bigger.
It's already covered by light weapons, but Unarmed Strikes.
Which also means most spell based touch attacks can be made using weapon finesse as they are an "armed" unarmed strike.

Er... Hm. Well, all one-handed piercing weapons via a level in swashbuckler. Scimitar via the Swashbuckler Whirling Dervish archetype.
All one-handed slashing weapons via slashing grace also are eligible...
Oh the Scorpion Whip (the Adventurer's Armory one) I think, I mean it's a whip, but who knows for sure as this is the most confusing weapon in all of pathfinder-dom.
