Flanking bonus to non-flanking allies

Rules Questions

I can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere:

Do non-flanking allies, say a rogue, gain the normal advantages against a flanked creature. I'll try an ASCII grid below.

XXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXX
XX1C2XXX
XXXRXXXX

My interpretation is that once flanked, a creature loses it's DEX bonus to AC, and thus any attacker, even those not contributing to the flank, would reap the benefits. Rogue would get sneak attack etc...

Is this correct?

The Rogue must be flanking.

There is no "flanked" condition.

Liberty's Edge

mrandrewk84, normally a flanked creature is only considered to be flanked by those attackers who are doing the flanking. In your example, that would be 1 and 2.

The only situation where your example would allow a flank for the Rogue is if he had the Gang Up feat from the Advanced Player's Guide.
