Due to some things that happened, our Captain is now an Ethereal Statue in the middle of Harrigan's fortress. What do?
Did you beat Harrigan? Is the fortress pacified, or did you have to retreat?

I'm not even sure how that's possible and I've played through that campaign. Unless my GM removed something, or yours added something.
In any event, either you're beating Harrigan and it doesn't really matter what happens to your Captain as the campaign is over. Or Harrigan kills the rest of you and it doesn't really matter what happens to the captain because the campaign is over.
He got hit by Flesh to Stone and we had no way to reverse it... except by rolling a 98-100 on our Rod of Wonder. We rolled the number that turns one object up to 1000 pounds Ethereal. Sooooo yeah, that happened.
Well, now you'll need to travel to the ethereal plane. Then use dispel magic or something similar to get rid of the ethereal effect.
Purchase a Stone Salve and you should be good.
I did not remember that Stone Salve was a thing. Thank you for reminding me of that. This just got much easier.
