I have heard of walled off Tiefling ghettos in Cheliax, but don't know where to find more info.
Anyone know where to find more info?
Where in Cheliax are these ghettos?
Odd, I have Cheliax: Empire of Devils, and haven't seen mention of that. Where have you heard this? It sounds like a positively exquisite idea for the next time I homebrew something in Cheliax.

There are two mentions of tiefling ghettos in "Blood of Fiends" (p. 8), but both are located outside in Cheliax (in Absalom and Jalmeray). No book that I know of has specific mention of a tiefling ghetto anywhere in Cheliax, but it would certainly be plausible, given how they are treated there.
In "The Infernal Syndrome" (p. 36), the fourth book of "Council of Thieves", there is a room called the "Tiefling Ghetto" that is part of the Nessian Spiral underneath the manor of the mayor of Westcrown, but that is just a room and not a neighborhood in the city. Maybe that's what you were remembering blackbloodtroll.

Many people play with the city of Senara, Cheliax as having a tiefling ghetto.
Whisperwood: Rumor holds that a gate to Hell lies gaping somewhere in the depths of the Whisperwood. Certainly, wretched Senara’s high population of outcast tieflings and other hellspawn argue for the existence of an infernal influence like an open hellmouth. In another part of the wood lies the legendary vermin and fungus-infested Scar Thicket, said to be an entrance to the Darklands.
ISWG lists Senara as a Chelaxian town of 5,200 people in Whisperwood, on the shores of the River Isled.
There are two published non-canonical write-ups for Senara.
One is found on page 12 of Wayfinder #11 ("Senara, City of Hellspawn").
The other write up is by RPGSS 2014 finalist Robert Brookes: "Spotlight: Senara, Cheilax", from his Pathfinder and RPG blog The Encounter Table.
Both of these write-ups were published within weeks of each other; both authors said that they had been unaware that the other was working on detailing the same city. (Of the two, I prefer Robert's take: it's significantly longer and more detailed. Of course, part of that is the difference between being constrained by Wayfinder's strict page length restriction and publishing your own blog.)
It looks like there may be another source that both Senara write-ups draw on, as there are two named NPCs common to both (although with decidedly different stats). I don't have Council of Thieves, and I suspect there is either a gazetteer of Cheliax or some other mention of the town in that AP somewhere.

Kintargo does indeed have a slum quarter where a lot of tieflings live, but it's not called a "ghetto." Furthermore, there are tieflings in other roles elsewhere in the city as well. In any event... yes, there's more info coming.
(A search of all the documents we have and haven't yet published results in only one hit for the phrase "tiefling ghetto," and that's the one I put into Infernal Syndrome as a single room, as mentioned above.)

Also, I do not think it would necessarily make sense that there would be a Tiefling "Ghetto" as Tieflings are not a distinct racial AND ethnic group like Elves or Dwarves, but are united solely by their unusual supernatural genetic heritage. The existence of a tiefling Ghetto would be as likely as the formation of an "Albino Ghetto" or something like that.
