PFS retraining

I have a question about retraining. Lets say I'm an abyssal bloodrager and take Power attack lv1. Then at lv3 I take reckless rage which requires power attack. At lv6 I get a bloodline feat. Is there a legal way in PFS to switch my lv1 power attack to be something else and have my bloodline feat be the power attack now?

Also separate question, Can I retrain HP to get the HP increase?

For your first question, there's no nice way to do the swap you want within the rules. You can't retrain prereqs, and you can't select Power Attack twice. You'd have to retrain both Reckless Rage and Power Attack, take Power Attack at 6, then retrain back into Reckless Rage.

For your second, yes.

You can just retrain your 1st level feat and choose power attack for your 6th level feat. While you don't have Power Attack, Reckless Rage won't work, but since you're getting it back immediately anyway, nothing changes. Jeff's right, below - that's pretty clear.

And yes you can retrain HP (though it's terrible value-for-prestige).

Incorrect. From the retraining rules:

You may change one feat to another through retraining. Retraining a feat takes 5 days with a character who has the feat you want. The old feat can’t be one you used as a prerequisite for a feat, class feature, archetype, prestige class, or other ability. If the old feat is a bonus feat granted by a class feature, you must replace it with a feat that you could choose using that class feature.

It is impractical to do this via retraining, but you could do it.

First, retrain Reckless Rage to something else.

Then retrain Power Attack to something else.

Then take Power Attack as the Bloodline feat.

Now retrain one of those others back to Reckless Rage.

15 PP (1 PP per day, 5 days for a feat) plus the gold. You must own Ultimate Campaign.

Or you could always wait until 6th level to take Power Attack and then immediately retrain something else to Reckless Rage for a third of that cost. It would mean lower damage output at low levels, but save you a feat.
