I think using your SLA will discharge your held charge. Here's why.
Rules Quote: "In all other ways, a spell-like ability functions just like a spell."
The SLA rules tell us a bunch of stuff about how SLAs are different than spells and similar to spells, but then throw on the quote above. Since they don't address held charges, we have to assume that the interaction of SLAs and held charges is per the quote.

Rules Quote: "Supernatural Abilities (Su): Supernatural abilities are magical but not spell-like."
If you can still use your calcific touch in wildshaped form (there are certain requirements to be able to cast while wildshaped), the fact that wildshaping is a Supernatural Ability doesn't affect being able to hold a charge.

Your GM might rule that the charge is lost, as you no longer have the appendage that was holding it...
I'm told that charges aren't held in any particular appendage. I don't agree, but I encounter it so much that I use a *house rule* that you determine the appendage you'll be holding the charge in at the time of casting. If you want to be able to deliver the charge an appendage that you won't have until you wildshape, then better wildshape first or choose an appendate that you will still have (although I'd let you "bite" even if you don't technically have a bite attack).
