Make whole potions from Pathfinder Player Companion: Potions & Poisons

The Pathfinder Player Companion: Potions & Poisons lists the Make Whole as a valid 2nd lvl potions with the price of 300 gp.

But the Make Whole spell wording states that "functions as mending", and Mending needs a 10 min casting time.
And potions can be made only from spells with less than 1 min casting time.

So..

Is the Make Whole not a 10 min spell then?

Is the lists in that book not valid and Make Whole potion/oil doesn't exists in the game?

HALP!

Liberty's Edge

It is an error, you can place it on the same shelf that keeps the potions of spells with a range of personal.

I didn't find the specific potion you mentioned on AoN listing for Potions & Poisons.
On pg 19 of the book it's listed as a 2nd level spell with an asterisk. In the preface the common rules are repeated, then "While most of the spells in these tables are commonly made into potions, spell names with asterisks (*) after them are typically made into oils instead of potions."
I did not see any comments in the Product Reviews or Release notes. The ONLY errata for this product line is for Advtr's Armory.

Scavenger Stone, slot:none, $2000.
Chirugeon Cube, none, $9800.

In OrgPlay Additional Resources lists it ("... legal for play except diplopic serum, nimble nectar, pupil’s friend, toxic censor, and all of the drugs.") as okay (to purchase). Campaign Clarifications lists the book and several updates but none for this spell & item. Another on the same page is sited. Thus it has been reviewed and okayed to purchase despite the rules variation.

Rather than make it into a potion (not the most cost efficient) simply seek out an NPC to cast it. Far cheaper as it is a Second level spell and access shouldn't be an issue.

FYI there will be no FAQ, errata, or update.
