"A crossblooded sorcerer selects two different bloodlines."
The first sentence of the archetype, so you cannot.
Why would you want to?
Presumably to get multiple uses of lower level bloodline powers or attempting to stack lower level bloodline bonuses. Take Bloodline X's first level power at 1 and then again at 3, etc. or perhaps for double bloodline arcana effect.

No
A crossblooded sorcerer selects two different bloodlines.
Even without that there is no benefit to it.
Class skills: you get a single skill in class - twice!
Bonus Spells: you have to alternate your choices between the ...oh yeah only one list.
Bonus feat: You get to choose from ... one list again
Bloodline Powers: choose one from the one power.
Bloodline Arcana: You get this twice, sounds good, but a cursory glance and I can't find any that stack, so...
no benefit and -1 spell known at each level and -2 will saves.

Interesting because if it can be done you could potentially be a sorcerer with three sources of familiar, or dozens of firebolts.
the arcanas wouldn't stack. and i'm part of team "No crossblooded+wildblooded"
though if that ever gets allowed i'd try to combine them anyways.
Well the rules say it have to be different bloodlines so you are out of luck. But just take different bloodlines that gives a familiar.
Edit: and why would you want dozens of firebolts???
