Seeker-level modules to take our characters to the max! (PbP)

Silver Crusade 2/5 RPG Superstar 2014 Top 16

Hi guys!
I currently have a seeker character just sitting around at level 14, and I realized there are probably other people in the same boat. I was hoping to pull together a group of us who could play PbP modules to get our characters from level 14 all the way up to... well, as high as we can take them. As of now, with modules only, it looks like that's to level 18:
Academy of Secrets (12-14)
Tomb of the Iron Medusa (13-15)
The Moonscar (15-17)
The Witchwar Legacy (16-18)

If we then add in an adventure path book at the end:
RotRL Book 6: Spires of Xin-Shalast (16-18)

we'd end up at level 19, and just have to wait for a module or adventure path book that could take us up that last level.

Now, I've asked DM Kludde if he might be willing to take this on, and he's interested but not sure yet, so I wanted to see how many other people would be interested and can help me convince him to run this game! Post your characters' general concepts below if you'd like.

Mine is a Sorcerer (Sylvan) 13/Oracle 1 with a dinosaur companion (used to be a spinosaurus, but I've had to retconn him as a deinonychus since the spinosaurus is no longer legal).

Assuming you're a 19.2 (Say from Eyes of the Ten or playing a module while at 11.2 etc.)

Race for the Runecarved Key is available to play (or GM credit) at level 19. It is the only thing playable at 19 in PFS.

Unfortunately, Nalshene has already participated in the Race. So, I'll just have to wait until another scenario can give credit to a level 19. :-(

Edit: but yes, she played in Eyes of the Ten, and is currently at level 14.2.

Gods speed in your endeavors, Sir. If the GM does not have the modules already, they will be gifted to your GM by us, whoever that ends up being. Just let us know when you guys are ready to go.

Excellent, great to know, Jesse! I'll make sure Kludde sees this to entice him even more! :)

Poor over worked Kludde. He'll probably end up running them though.

I would be interested in this :-)

My post-Eyes of the Ten PC is a druid (a.k.a. a pouncing, raging, smiting allosaurus ;-))

I'm cautiously interested, as I believe there aren't many in the local area interested in high-level play. My highest-level character (Ex-monk 11/Barbarian 2) is currently stuck in Eyes of the Ten, and should get it finished in March (or April).

However I'm concerned how all the immediate actions and reactive abilities play out.

I need to ask my local area are they intrigued in playing these high-level modules. If not, I'm in. If yes, I'm out.

You know me too well.

I'm definitely interested in picking this up. It will require a minor bit of patience timing-wise, since I've just ramped my PbP-tables back up after the game day. I'm in full gear at the moment, but I'm expecting that to drop back a bit in ~2 weeks.

I'll ask around in the local scene as well, many avid PbP players there. Let's see if we can get this going :)

@Jesse, that is a very kind offer!

And as always, Kludde comes through! Just let us know when you're good to go, Kludde, and I'll help you organize it. Do you want to start a recruitment thread now, with the up-front caveat that we'll be waiting 2-3 weeks to start?

Grand Lodge 5/5

I'd be interested. I have an alchemist who will be finishing EotT in about a months time.

*I also thought of offering to run. I would need as much or a little more time, than Kludde.

Edit: I also have a level 13 Monk/Sorcerer, that is currently doing nothing.

(Kludde probably knows me as GM Tektite)

I asked around and apparently there are eager people to play high-level PF in the area but no one seems all that keen on running high level games.

So it maybe falls to me. And I forfeit my opportunity in this endeavor. :P

Unfortunately, I've already played it

I'll be setting up a recruitment thread later, but for now you can join the discussion here (link) if you're interested in joining. Just wanted to give you the chance to join first.

I've already run all of the high level modules (sans Witchwar which I might be running in the next couple months), but I'd love to play and get some of my high tier PFS characters back in play. I've got an arcane archer (13.2) and a dragon disciple (13.0) and I'd be happy to play either of them.

Great! That makes five players already, which is a definite 'go' from where I'm standing.

Sovereign Court

I've only started Pathfinder last summer so I wasn't sure exactly how high some characters got but this thread is a total ramp of faith! I always assumed my characters would never get past 12, so everything I see for classes/archetypes beyond 12 never seemed worth looking at.

Sadly, my current main is only 4 2/3 and will be doing Eyes of the Ten in the summer (hopefully). Maybe in a future wave I'll hop in a group like this and get him up to the higher levels. ;)

Man this Kludde guy sure does run a lot, haha. Planescape is his favorite though, right Kludde? ;) (<-- No Levar)

Maar, You have alot of gaming to do if you plan to get to 12 before Summer. That's 22 games, which isn't terribly hard dependent on your community. I "could" do this in just over 3 weeks as we have PFS every day of the week, but that's rare outside the Seattle area. If you play a game a week, you're looking at roundabout 6 months.

I play 2 games a week currently on Roll20, and anymore that pop up in random days that I'm eligible for I immediately join, haha.

I know it's not an easy task, but the GM who is running the Tuesday/Thursday games is actively trying to get people to Eyes of the Ten so he can run a few groups by summer. I'm one of the regulars and a friend at my level is the same, and we're both signed up for pretty much every Tuesday/Thursday for the rest of this month, so we'll be cutting it close but I'm sure he'll be willing to run it once more in a later month for us. ;)

I would love to pull my level 13 druid out of retirement and get some more games under his belt. He is mainly a combat casting type druid. Wise enough to stop an entire horde of giants. Not to mention, you can pay me back for trying to kill you and Naala.

Check with Kludde to make sure we're not already full, but otherwise you're right on time since he's putting up the first gameplay post today. :)

Oh, hi! I hadn't seen this post. As far as I know, we're five now, so a sixth player would be just right! Go right ahead and dot in at this thread(link)
