Cayden Cailean = Bluto Blutarsky
on a related subject, sheogorath looks a bit like boccob as he appeared in deities and demigods and i know skyrims devs were DND fans so that is sorta self explanatory

Lamashtu is a real Sumerian god, and the Pathfinder version is not all that different.

I always likened Aroden to the Centurion from the Mutants and Masterminds Freedom City campaign setting. If not in personality, they are similar in roles (both are scions of a long passed empire, godly powers, and champions of humanity) and legacies (their deaths make the world a lot more uncertain and thus pave the wave for new heroes like the player characters.)
Not exactly a deity, but...
Esoteric order of the Palatine Eye= Illumanti

Both Irori and Korada seem to be riffing off different aspects of Buddha.

But with Irori I was specifically referring to 'ascended to a higher state of being by achieving enlightenment' part.
Or, more simply, Korada is Buddhist. Irori is Buddha - and was Siddartha.

That's a good way to put it.
I also think of Irori as the version of Buddha that warrior monks and soldiers worship and Korada as the Buddha we associate with the Dhalai Lama.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, condescending, or mocking in the slightest. I just think this is really cool.

That's probably accurate, within my very limited understanding of Buddhism. But Korada was never mortal, which is the primary distinction I'm trying to make.
