You're good with that set. There will tend to be more lower-level than higher-level games, because more people have lower-level characters. With that set, though, you're in good shape. When the signups come out, choose games that are at the right level for your characters.
I went in last year with a couple of 3s and a couple of 1s. I ended up playing one of the level 3s three times, and the other level 3 once.

I'd suggest keeping the Sorc with at least 2 games free, and otherwise trying to get someone into the 5-9 range. Other than that, you're good - you don't *need* to have any particular range.
Have a look at what you haven't played in Season 5 - that will give you a good glimpse at what you can play at the Con.

This is about PFS right? The other games will specify what level to bring and often the organizer brings pre-gens.
I think high-level games happen a little more often at cons than in local venues. The larger player base brings more people into the higher tiers. This gets a little less accurate every season though. :)
When the sign-up opens, you can see what is available when. When you are that close to leveling, I found it helpful to have the character done at the next level if you plan to play them again (i.g. bring your 10th & 11th level sorcerer). This will keep you from having to level up between sessions or with an all-nighter.
Having said that, at the convocation 2 years ago I got a curse at the harrowing table that delayed getting a feat for a whole level (which I figured into the 3rd level sheet :P )
