If you haven't checked it out already, the Pathfinder Legends Audio Drama by Big Finish released on Wednesday, March 26th! If the CD is in your sidecart right now it will be shipping with April's items. We don't have a subscription for it yet, but if you order either the CD or PDF of the first item Pathfinder Legends: Burnt Offerings you get 20% off the MSRP!

↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of longer than 2-6 days, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!

Did the WotR Face Cards and Tears of Bitter Manor Campaign cards become added back to the April ship list? I noticed they were not listed above but were listed on the Product Schedule and had moved back up from May in my Subscription Shipment to my April one.

It will all be authorised together - whether they actually ship as one or multiple physical packages will depend on what works out cheaper. All the PDFs will become available at the same time though.

Paizo products released during the same month should be bundled together and shipped in the most economic means our system can calculate for your selected shipping method. Any items set to your sidecart that we have in stock should also be bundled into your shipment.

Typically (US) domestic packages can fit more in before they get spilt into multiple packages, but it depends on a lot of factors including (but not limited to) product weight, size, type and destination.


Does anyone happen to have a link to the thread describing the new order process and pages? I am trying to figure out if the pre-order for Inner Sea Gods is sidecarted or not...

Just got the go-ahead from tech team. T-minus about 60 seconds to when I begin. I try to start with a couple people, stop, check over orders and the restart when I am confident its correct. I'll update again when I start it for good.

I've got the auth up and running! As usual, if you notice anything funny with your generated order, please let us know so we can get it straightened out! A few people may have seen the preorder of the Strategy Guide erroneously added to their April order and then received another confirmation email showing it moved back to the sidecart. We straightened that issue out and those people should be all straightened out.

Some people might see some hiccups on their My Subscription page as it looks like this is going to run over into tomorrow. Don't freak out too bad if you don't see your order tonight. I'll pop back into this thread to let you know when its all done!


Have you ever considered disabling the My Subscriptions page during the few days an order is being spawned? Every month there seem to be a large number of CS requests about orders being pushed to future months, disappearing without appearing as a pending order, etcetera. Maybe it would be better to just have a message along the lines of: "Some features of your subscriptions page are temporarily unavailable due to the spawn of this month's order. Your current subscriptions are: x, y, z"

No, because every month its not supposed to have this issue :)

All Paizo published new releases for a given month should ship out during the same time frame so if you preorder something like Inner Sea Gods that is releasing in April, it should be in the same order as your subscriptions (if you had it in your sidecart, no guarantees if you did not put it in your sidecart).

The Strategy Guide's now listed as October so it definitely was not supposed to be in orders for April :)

The authorization has been completed successfully!

If something on your April subscription order doesn't look correct, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, so we can get you taken care of.

The best way to reach us is to either:
1. Start a new thread in on the CS messageboard regarding your particular order or problem
2. Send us an email at customer.service@paizo.com
3. Call us when the phone lines are open (Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard TIme).

We should start shipping subscription orders on Monday the 14th and should be finished by Friday the 25th.

I got my authorization email on Friday and got really excited because I didn't read it fully and thought it was a shipping email. I was so excited that I went looking for my PDF of Inner Sea Gods only to be disappointed by it not being there. At first I was filled with indignant rage, because why isn't it there!?, but then it slowly dawned on me that it wasn't the shipping email. It was only the authorization email.

And that was when I felt like an idiot.

So thank you, Paizo, for making a product that I was looking forward to enough that I made myself feel like an ass.

So barring one very small group of orders*, the subscription run is pretty much wrapped up. If you haven't seen your subscription order ship out yet and don't know why (ie failed payment method that your haven't yet resolved or you added an item that has a 4-11 or longer estimate for shipping) please let customer service know (by creating your own thread, by email or phone so we can help sort your order out.

*There is a small group of customers who's Adventure Card Game Subscription have not yet shipped. We are awaiting the reprint of Deck 5: Sins of the Savior before those orders can ship. I am making my way through these orders and emailing customers but its a slow slog. If you don't know why your Adventure Card Game hasn't shipped, go ahead and email us so we make sure we know what's going on with your order in case it is something besides waiting on the reprint.

The PDF doesn't become available to non-subscribers until the retail release date: April 30.

Double months for releases in a product line can get kind of wonky. If you subscribe to the Campaign Setting line starting with Inner Sea Combat, we can retroactively make Inner Sea Gods part of your subscription as it released this month. That of course, means you have an ongoing subscription for future releases.

Regular pre-orders do not get the free PDF with the book, that's a benefit only for subscribers. As Vic said, the PDF will be on sale for non-subscribers starting April 30th.
