The Goblinworks site has been up for at least an hour now - just a word to the wise sign up through paizo.com first. I did it the wrong way and couldn't confirm the account when I tried to link it to my paizo.com account in the kickstarter. I am sure its an easy fix ;)
I'm a little confused...where exactly are you saying to sign up before signing up at goblinworks.com? I don't see anything on paizo.com that might be it

Taylor, after comparing notes, it looks as though only the primary account holders of Kickstarter linked accounts are able to link accounts. Not the buddy accounts.
This seems to include those who purchased the $35 level (at least, those are are guild buddies and also purchased the $35 level).

It just tells me the email is already in use when I try to link the account in paizo.com, probably because I created it independently on the goblinworks site first. Thanks for looking into it :)

One of my buddies confirmed that he had this issue as well off the guild backing tier.

Yeah, when I do that I see:
You have no Kickstarter pledges.
If you used a different email address on Kickstarter you need a Claim Code. Please contact customer.service@paizo.com to request one.
If you've received a claim code from Paizo, please enter it here:
I'm assuming this is because my account is part of a guild package and the email address now associated with the account is not the same as the email address of the original pledge. I guess i'll wait to see if someone comments on this before emailing customer service

You might want to contact them. If the "Guild Package" purchaser has already sent you a "Buddy Invite" and you accepted, you should have a "Goblin Squad" tag. I don't see one.

Signing into Paizo and Goblinworks should be independent. I would check to make sure you are signed into the Paizo account that has Kickstarter credit of some kind. (The buddy account should be fine.)
Then, visit https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/pledgeDrives and make sure you see your Kickstarter package there. What do you see on the Paizo Kickstarter Drive page, Felwyn?
The Kickstarter package on Paizo can then be 'linked' to Goblinworks at any time. You can add it to an existing Goblinworks account, or create a new one at the same time as you link it.

Yes, I think we are seeing the issue with Guild Pack members not showing their Early Enrollment status here as well. We still have the record from Paizo, so we should be able to fix it without you guys doing anything.
Can someone PM me an email of a sample account they believe has been linked and should have Early Enrollment through the buddy system or guild pack?

Mark, I had one two of my guild members attempt this.
The one who had the $35 KS of his own (in addition to my guild buddy invite) was able to sign up just fine.
The other got the message above about not having any pledges and is unable to use paizo to sign up for GW.
I am PMing you with the two accounts that tested this.

My issue is that when I attempt to link the accounts, it says that the email is already in use at goblinworks. Well, yeah, cause its my email, of course its already in use.
So, at this time, I can't even link my accounts to tell you if the buddy pledge is an issue.

FWIW I PM'd Mark my info and he said this:
We're going to work with Paizo tomorrow to make sure they are correctly showing the Kickstarter Pledge tool for buddy accounts. I don't think they are yet. That tool will then help you add Early Enrollment access to the Goblinworks account.
So instead of spamming customer service with emails we might want to just sit tight a couple days and let them look into this.

I managed to create the account with no problems from Paizo, but now have the slightly worrying "You have not yet enrolled as a Goblin Squad member" message in my account on GW. Just wondering if I have screwed something up somewhere...
That's as far as I had gotten as well, so you're not alone.

Mark, forums getting attacked by a spambot, once again. Seems almost like a daily occurence now(also happens on other paizo forums).

Grade B- does not sound very good. I have no idea what all the bars mean, so forgive me if I am showing ignorance here (most likely).
Anyway, it's annoying and gives me a bad feeling. I sure hope the alpha server is getting better protected then the forums. Undoubtedly showing my ignorance again by lumping the forums and alpha server together but still.
Just so you know, the Shroud of the Avatar forums got an A-. They are doing better in class!

This is the part which isn't working for me.
I had completed the Paizo kickstarter pledge tool back in December, saw the new 'Sign Up' option on Goblinworks and created an account there, heard about the account linking here and tried it via the Paizo pledge tool and am getting a message on that page when I click 'Submit':
"Goblinworks user account could not be created. failure: Email already in use"

Thanks for the quick reply. I noticed the new GW page and created and account before looking through the forums and although I used the same email account for both will the fact that I already created an account be problematic in any way?
Also I am surprised that there aren't more people like me who haven't purchased after the fact. I would have thought that there would have been nearly as many late-comers as kickstarter backers.Tyncale, I too find it quite annoying. I tried to flag the first few posts but after that I just couldn't keep up. I don't know much about how bots work but I hope paizo can keep ahead of this one somehow.

I'm getting the same message.
I'm following the description in the latest blog and If I try to proceed through the pledge tool I'm getting this error :"Goblinworks user account could not be created. failure: Email already in use"
This looks like the pledge tool tries to create a new Goblinworks account instead of linking a Paizo account to an existing Goblinworks account.

Similar worries. I created a GW account, linked my paizo account to it through the Kickstarter pledge drive tool(which says: "You have made all necessary selections.") but can't see no sign of enrollment on my account on the GW site(which says: "You have not yet enrolled as a Goblin Squad member.").
Maybe I misspelled by username... oops...

Question about the EE package, from one of my guildmates who didn't participate in the Kickstarter (shame on him :-)): what do you really get for $100 ? Access to the game sure, but how many months afterwards ? Do you get anything else ?
I'm can't answer him because I have access through the Kickstarter Crowdforger Pioneer level, which gave us access to a whole bunch of pdfs and 3 months of game time. The description on the GW store doesn't say anything more than that it gives access to the game.
The only other info I found was a statement from Ryan saying that game time would cost $15/month during EE.

I created the new GW account by going through the original Paizo Pledgetool, and this seemed to go fine. I then logged into the GW website, which worked. But when I click on my account there I get a page with the "You have not yet enrolled as a Goblin Squad Member" like other people. I did click the button with "resend email verification link" since my email was not verified yet, and that worked fine.
Also, BOOOOH! at making the Brewmaster and other pledges more expensive. :D (I understand it though).
Love the new layout of the Website, btw. We are getting closer, I can feel it. New forums soon?

Same thing happened to me. I successfully created my Goblinworks account by using the linking process on Paizo. Yet after I log into Goblinworks, I get the "You have not yet enrolled as a Goblin Squad member" message.

I did the same, just like the Blog told me to. E-mailed GoblinWorks so hopefully I can get it fixed. Perhaps they can just set up a script to link all our accounts by looking at who used the same e-mail address on both sites.
What's the e-mail address, as I can't seem to find it at the moment on their site?

Maybe I'm just missing it, but the only option I'm seeing is to create a new Goblinworks account.
Here's the steps I'm taking:
1. Go to Goblinworks.com Home.
2. Click the "Join Now" link.
3. Click the "Kickstarter and Paizo Link Tool" link.
4. Click the "Pledge Link Tool on Paizo.com" link.
5. Click the "Details" button next to "Pathfinder Online: A Fantasy Sandbox MMO".
Now I'm at the "Send Information" page. I have textboxes to enter Username and Password (twice), and a Submit button, followed by my Payment Method information (with a warning that my payment method has expired) and a "Change Expiration Date" button.
When I enter my username and password, I get an "email already in use" error. I don't see any option to link to an existing Goblinworks account.
