so is anyone doing any precon PFS games? Just wondering... I think I'm getting in Thursday night and could possibly be intereted....

So checked with my travel coordinator .. sounds like Wednesday is the flight in... so I could/should be free Thursday afternoon if anyone wants to get a pfs game going ....

Unfortunatly, Thursday is also the 4th, which means lots of places are closed.

I'm assuming we can use the hotel lobby -- I dunno .. haven't been there before so not sure what the set-up is like, however, most marriotts have an open bar area so it should be easy to slide a few tables together as long as we clean up after ourselves.

PFCBG gets to pick them, since she hardly ever plays.
As an opening bid, timing around 1pm and 7pm, with lots of time for beer and food built in.

FYI - Last year the lobby was far too busy on the Thursday before to have gaming. Even Wednesday was somewhat busy last year. Rooms have usually been pretty good for gaming though.

Last year I played a new scenario as a person game, gm said Mike had encouraged them to run new scenarios as that's what people would be most interested in.

I've had little, if any, interaction with many of you on the forums and I don't believe I actually know any of you, but if you'll have me, I'd certainly love to join the 7:00 PM game. Provided there's no Meet-N-Eat, of course, and the game actually happens.

This will be my first PaizoCon and I'd relish the opportunity to meet a few attendees before the convention proper.

Personally, I would be just as happy playing a game as attending the Meet and Eat.

For game suggestions, I would enjoy playing Day of the Demon. Or pretty much anything else. I've got lots of characters of various levels.

The only way you'll meet new peeps is to get in on something. Add yourself before someone steals that last evening spot.

Exactly. It was a VL that offered to run last year, and seeing as I am also a VL, I wouldn't have any problem running a brand new scenario (unless Mike changes his mind, of course.)

To answer the question about where to play, I believe I can help. I'm a Marriott Elite member, so I have some knowledge about how the Marriott hotels operate, since I stay in one on a weekly basis.

I talked to Seattle Airport Marriott's Brittany Butterfield (Front desk manager) on 4/24/13 at 9:20 CTS, and she told me they would be glad to accommodate you all in the lobby, however she suggested you contact Debbie Soule (Event Manager) to see if there is a free boardroom available. Both of these ladies don't mind putting you (or any other gaming groups) in any of the non-booked boardrooms for free. This way they will ensure you're more comfortable gaming into the late night hours. Debbie Souls's phone number is [phone] X2366. I would like to get in on some early games as well. I will be arriving at about 5:00 pm on Wednesday, so I could play a later game on Wednesday and can play anytime on Thursday.

Are the currently listed games for Wednesday or Thursday?

If we wanted to add some more tables, I would be willing to GM since I am only playing during the Con itself.
