Does it matter that the boon I trade have my local VC's stamp/signature and the boon I receive has a different city's VC signature?

I do not believe that it is necessary, but it may help assure anyone who audits that the boon is legitimate.

The Slyph boon is the new one with Elemental Dilettante that lets you put it towards making a Suli

Elemental Dilettante:

Somewhere in your family tree, your ancestors' human blood intermingled with that of a janni. By combining this boon with three other boons that enable you to play an ifrit, oread, and undine respectively, you may play a suli character (Pathfinder RPG Advanced Race Guide 202), beginning at level 1 as normal. By using these boons in this way, they can no longer be used to create characters of their respective races. Cross out the Chronicle sheets' text (except for Elemental Dilettante), and write "Suli" on each one. Keep these Chronicle sheets along with this one in the associated character's records.

I was just e-mailed about an online convention boon I won... The organizer says they must include a character's name/ID#/faction#/etc and chronicle number.

The problem is that I have no characters that can use the boon (Mounted Tradition). Filling out that information "uses" the boon, right?

If I gave the organizer information about an unmade character (like name of "Trade Boon" and #99) and put it as chronicle 1 , along with a copy of the original e-mail, would that allow me to trade it?
