Can we be blue gnomes hunted by a Hill Giant Wizard and his Dire Panther familiar? :)

I'll be Hefty Gnome!

Umm... is blue a valid skin color for gnomes?

With Advanced Races Guide available? Sure!

Not sure about a gnome AP, but an all First World AP? Now that's something I could lend my support to.

Seconded!

When 4e had announced the removal of gnomes from D&D as a player race my local group decided to run their annual 24 hour game for charity in their honour.

We ended up raising hundreds of dollars (not bad for our little local group) by playing "No Country for Old Gnomes" - an adaptation of an old Gygaxian adventure (if I'm not mistaken) where all the PCs were gnomes. It was a ridiculously fun to play and I'll certainly lend my support to an all gnome AP.

Nope, would rather see an Ap based on any other race. Gnomes are boring annoying, ugly looking little troll dolls . I don't even think you could propose a worse sounding AP idea.

Just to annoy Minis Maniac:

LET'S DO IT!!!!!

Liberty's Edge

Gnome, Gnome on the AP....

As much as I would be interested in this concept, I think that the single-race AP concept is one that is waiting for a 3rd Party to pick up. I've always tried to take forum hate with a a block of salt, but there really does seem to be a sufficient amount of antipathy for single-race campaigns to make it a product that's best suited for companies with a lower bar to clear in money terms.

Though if FMG doesn't go for the all-dwarf AP, I may have to get to writing myself.

The Exchange

Gnome AP, no.

Goblin AP would be better.

The Exchange

A Dwarf/Gnome AP, that allows us to explore these two worlds in depth!!!!! Start in the Gnomish village and work our way to a Dwarf Stronghold then down into the depths beyond.

An AP where everyone must play a gnome: No.

An AP set among gnome culture: YES!

Or one set among the dwarfs, somewhere where a human PC would stand out as exotic or at least a stranger.

If they ever did make such an AP, I would kick a gnome in the stomach.

If you ever kick my ass in a dream, you better wake up and apologize.

Yes a thousand times yes.

I'm guessing the nature of this AP would be about first world problems.

Pretty much this. An AP focusing on one (or more) of the non human races setting/culture wise could be awesome, but making it for members of that race only would be too stifling.

Liberty's Edge

I support the idea of a gnome AP whole-heartedly. I'm very curios about where they'd go with the idea.

As a member of GnomeStew, I heartily endorse this idea! More gnomes!

The Exchange

Given further consideration, would it make gnomes as despised as Second Darkness made elves?

Would we have opportunity to slaughter gnomes en mass?

I could be swayed in my desire for this AP...

Dark Archive

Wouldent mind a Gnome baded Ap

If gnomes are the enemies then I will support this AP.
Maybe it is the Gnomepacalypse, where all gnomes die horribly. That would be awesome :D

I dunno about ALL gnome, but I'd love a gnome-centric AP. ^^

In my opinion, this kind of opinion is all the more reason that a gnome-centric AP should be made. I feel Pathfinder refeshed the gnome quite well, and an AP that really helps show how gnomes have been reimagined would help with public opinion. Show us that gnomes don't have to be the purely eccentric oddballs who are just there to be silly. Better yet, show us that that doesn't necessarily disrupt the flow of a good adventure (when used in moderation, at least).

Seriously, people. Gnomes aren't Jar Jar.

I guess it'd make sense, if you did a "We Be Goblins" AP and you needed a sensible opponent.

Actually Jar Jar was less disruptive to the Star Wars franchise than gnomes are to any RPG/ WoW/ Lawn.

Enter the Octogon!!!

Design your AP.

Not in my experience. You apparently have beef not with the gnomes but some group of people playing them in certain way.

And in WoW ever race happens to be disruptive. Picking gnomes specifically is just selective presentation of facts.

Go gnome or go home!

If by "gnome AP", we are speaking much like "undead AP", I'm all for it. Six books of hunting down and putting to death a bunch of nasty rainbow-haired gnomes sounds fun to me.

As a proud supporter and proponent of gnomes and all things gnomish I do agree restricting all the classes to gnome would make it far to much of a niche for a full AP. Though I think a gnome centered AP which details one or more settlements, cool new gnome inspired options would be epic. The plot would be fun seeking an end to the bleaching, or defending the earth from some sort of first world threat would be awesome.

Army of undead gnomes shall take their revenge on you in the AP's finale!

After reading about them, I don't think I could stay that hyper that long. I'd rather go ratfolk or halfling...BUT...if they're gonna do a race AP they might as well make it a gnome one, since of all of theraces gnomes always feel the most distinctly Golarion-centric...huh...ironic, isn't it?

Sovereign Court

Leave gnome man behind!

I can think of a dozen APs I'd rather have before a Gnome-centric one. I'd buy it, though, if for any other reason than to not lose my AP charter subscription status. But ugh! Numeria, Osirion, Arcadia, Vudra, other planets, etc. would be far more interesting to me.

Clearly you do not know enough about Golarion Gnomes if you think Dwarves and Gnomes belong together. Hence a good reason for a Gnome AP.. The suggestion of a Gnome/Fey/First World AP is a much better one!

Not that a Dwarf/Nordic AP is a bad one.. it just doesn't belong with the Gnomes.

Any AP with a focus on NON-HUMANS (Not unlike Second Darkness) would be a good thing. Let us explore what living as a non-human is like in an in depth way. All the APs I've played treat them as if the just roll along with the humans in every way.

I, not unlike many other D&D players, always thought of gnomes as a pointless variation on dwarves, which was true in 3.5... but the Golarion backstory for gnomes gives them meaning and makes them so much cooler and more interesting. For those of you who have no interest in the race, take a read though their backstory, you will see that this is a completely different race than what it was in the old days.

I would personally love to see a gnome-geared Adventure Path. But definitely more intriguing would be a First World adventure path, drawing on the supplemental campaign setting Fey Revisited. It could even place characters in the Land of the Linnorm Kings, and have them enter the planar rift there to right some wrong within. Or maybe one of the PCs is sucked into the First World and the rest of the group is compelled to find out what became of them.

This would be really exciting, and incredibly unique as an adventure path, since we'd get to deal with, en masse, creatures and challenges that don't often grace our campaigns! This is an old thread, but I really think Paizo should consider it as a potential idea :)
