Irontruth. Here's I Extremo's take on that tune. Dont know where you are located, but if yr near Germany/Denmark/Sweden and get a chance to see these guys, GO! They use electrified versions of traditional instruments and sing songs in the ancient languages.

Garmarna - Herr Mannelig

Recently got turned on to them. I particularly enjoy the darker sounding songs, they have a nice ominous vibe to them and might actually employ them as mood music for some games.

This song is about a mountain troll proposing marriage to a young knight, promising wealth, land and weapons to conquer his enemies. The knight turns her down, at which the troll laments that her curse will never be lifted.

First heard them when they participated in the Swedish qualification for Eurovision.

Seeing as they're not horrible, they didn't qualify.

Edith Piaff - Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien

Anyway, more Gong.

Tito - Quetzalcoatl

I'm not sure whether the band's called Tito or the album's called Tito, and am also unsure what relation it bears to the ex-Partisan commander and leader of Yugoslavia, if any.

.38 Special - Trooper With an Attitude. Amazing for Neo-Westerns.

Working on some writing, so shifting from band to band as I look for something I can currently work to.
