It's time to bring the pain and get some answers in the latest Pathfinder Adventure Path volume!

You're a long way from the fields that you know in "The Midnight Isles", part four of the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Path! Unexpected allies await as your PCs venture to the Abyss itself to find a potential means to permanently close the planar rift known as the Worldwound and stop the never-ending demonic waves that prey upon the countryside. Using a magical tome found by Count Varian Jeggare, PCs will find themselves in the realm of the demon lord Nocticula—no place to make rash decisions or be swayed by temptation. Gaining information about the architects of the Worldwound is the first priority, and preventing further alliances among the demon lords the next. But even in the Abyss, allies can be made, and it will be up to the PCs to navigate through enticing offers and negotiate a way to freely track their ultimate target—all while keeping their soul intact!

In addition to this adventure for 12th level (and 5th tier!) mythic characters, GMs will get supporting articles to help their game, such as background information and statistics for Queen Galfrey of Mendev, a gazetteer that attempts to define the sprawling chaos and ever-shifting realms of the Abyss, and an additional gazetteer of Alushinyrra, where the demon lord Nocticula keeps her palace. Robin D. Laws continues the "Sweet Ichor" Pathfinder Journal with the fourth entry "The Clinch", and of course, the Bestiary contains four new creatures almost guaranteed to be hostile to your character—almost. The cambion, lamhigyn, putrid ooze, and of course, the Demon Lord Nocticula herself are all presented in "The Midnight Isles", great for any demon-focused campaign.

Sometimes, I like to think that there's a bizzaro Worldwound in some other plane. It's a gaping hole in reality where Elysium is fusing with the material plane, and Azatas constantly pour through it to kill diabolist crusaders.

Better yet, a celestial host spilling itself into a world cursed by darkness, no it's not just the frontline crusaders they must face, but an entire planet of corrupt beings.

Fun flipside.
