I am trying to Preorder all the class decks but they are all marked as backordered instead of preorder.
Officially, these are now September 24 releases, but since our system passed from preorder into backorder before that delay happened, we can't reset it without breaking things. But that shouldn't make any difference as far as your ability to order them goes....

Edit: That is the case for all the class decks, there is know button to add them to you shopping cart.

I only mention about the Backorder bit because I only see this problem pop up when it is set to Backorder.

These can be used in place of any of the characters for any of the RotRL adventures, right? Are the cards added duplicates to the ones in the base set or is there a combined deck list to go with the character sheets (for all the class decks and the base deck, with adventures, etc)?
You can use the characters from a class deck in any adventure path.
You can also add the boons from a class deck to any adventure path, whether you are using a character from it or not. Some of the boon appear in RotR and some do not. Some appear in S&S and some do not.
While there is no massive single card list of all cards in all PACG products, there are deck lists for each product and also card lists. They are available here.
So when using, say the Rogue's Class Deck, does that list work in addition to the RotR deck list on the standard character sheet?
It depends on what you want to do. Do you want to put all the boons from the class deck in with RotR and play with the normal rules for RotR about how you rebuild your deck? Some of the cards are going to be on the RotR list already, but some won't. So if you want to track your deck you'll need a combination of the two deck lists.
If you want to use the class deck to play RotR but want to use the "Card Guild" rules for upgrading your deck, then you'd only need the class deck card list.

The class decks aren't part of any adventure path. They are designed to be used with any adventure path or in organized play. They have unofficially said they hope to release 7 more class decks in February. But they haven't said which classes.
