Unfortunately this has no chance of happening, the best I can offer is a link to a creative fan who figured out how to do his own card stock pawns using the paper minis.
Link.

Or, you could do what I do. Sticker paper, and then print them out and sticker them on pawns you don't need at the moment. My Skulls and Shackles pawns have mostly become Curse of the Crimson Throne Pawns right now.

Wow, I didn't realize that was possible without damaging the pawn. What kid of sticker paper do you use?

Standard Avery Sticker stock. The laminate coating on the pawns protects their art, and makes it easy to peel off the sticker after you're done with that scene.

I -WAS- going to do so this past weekend while we went through the top floor of the Blessed Hospice, but regrettably I forgot to do so. But here is a pic to at least show how well they work with the pawns. Link!
I'm going to be printing my Pawns at my local Staples; is there a thing I can get to show them that I'm allowed to print them, so I don't destroy my poor, ancient printer with cardstock?
