Description:

Spoiler:

The look of this warforged marks it as special. It has been made with darkness in mind - darkwood, ebony, obsidian make this living construct look more like a living shadow. Where other metals and materials have had to be used, they have been obscured with additional coverings or, in some cases, paint. Piercing green eyes glow out at you, the only thing you can make out in the shadow.
This 'forged seems to be more lithe than others of its ilk - slightly smaller and leaner. It is dressed in the livery of the Black Caps and carries the standard 112th equipment, but with two distinctions. The 'forged carries a longsword for its primary weapon, with the standard short sword on its opposite hip. Additionally, it appears to be carrying more pouches than the rest of its platoon.

Background:

Spoiler:

Triage is an experiment - one of only a dozen of his kind. He is a support warforged, designed to work closely with and take care of human troops. Built on the same framework as the successful "scout" warforged, he has some martial prowess, and can work and survive in the field, but Triage's real talents lay elsewhere.
He has been designed as a servant of the Sovereign Host. There were two reasons for trying this new combination. The first; a field medic that never has to sleep and can repair itself while on watch. The second; as a means of counteracting Karrnathi undead.
Triage, like his brethren, has been stationed in a company that will test him to his limits - the 112th, the infamous Black Caps. If Triage is a successful experiment Cannith artificers are hoping that warforged like Triage and his brothers will be attached to all Cyre platoons with the next few years.
