Night Raven Tattoo:

The Night Ravens have access to many things, including magic-imbued tattoos. The Night Raven Tattoo is an image of a flying or diving raven. This image can be simple or quite stylized, as the owner prefers. It can be any size, though most members get smaller ones that are easy to conceal.

The Night Raven Tatoo allows its owner to cast a cantrip as a spell-like ability as though they had the minor magic rogue talent. The caster level for this ability is equal to the owner's character level. The save DC for this spell is 10 + the owner's Intelligence modifier.

People who are not members of the Night Ravens organization are not permitted to have such images on their person, and risk serious retaliation for adorning themselves with such imagery. Night Ravens expelled from the gang with such tattoos must have them removed and inactivated, or risk a death sentence from the gang.

Aura: faint transmutation; CL 3; Slot: none; Price: 600 gp. Weight –
Requirements: Craft Wondrous Item, cantrip to be used; Profession (tattoo artist) Cost: 300gp

Mark of the Black Talon:

The highest ranked leaders of the Night Ravens are called “The Black Talons.” Only they are allowed the mark of the talon. This image of an attacking talon or talons is either grafted to the Night Raven tattoo, or sometimes placed separately.

The Black Talon Tattoo bestows its wearer with the ability to cast a first level spell as though they had the major magic rogue talent. The save DC for this spell is 11+ the owner's Intelligence modifier.

Prerequisites: 3 ranks in Spellcraft and Stealth, rogue
level 1st, arcane spellcaster level 1st

Chosen Spellcasting Class: Sorceror
Benefit: Choose one arcane spellcasting class. Your caster level for that class increases by one for each level in the rogue class you possess, up to a maximum of 3 higher than your actual spellcaster level. In addition, when you become able to cast 3rd-level spells with an arcane spellcasting class, your sneak attack damage increases by +1d6.

Special: If you have fewer than 3 rogue levels when you take this feat, and later take additional rogue levels, your caster level continues to increase.

This increased caster level only benefits the power of the spells you cast: for all other purposes, such as qualifying for feats, your caster
level is still equal to your actual spellcaster level. This feat has no effect on which spells you know or how many you can cast per day.

Background

Spoiler:
My name is Sidoze. Before you ask, no I do not have any other name. I never knew my father, mother said he was an elf that was just passing through. Hired her for the night and left the next morning. Yes, my mother was a whore, she died of a fever when I was six. I have been living on my own ever since.

I live in the slums and back alleys of Absalom. Nothing very glorious or nice here. Just pain, pain of living, pain of not paying your dues to the local toughs who own a particular street. But pain can be a great motivator. Growing up I saw how others used their power to influence even more people. The shopkeepers, the toughs, the city watch, all used their own power to make a living. Each preying on something or someone else even each other.

Being a half elf on the streets I was never popular with the other kid gangs, thought they'd attract attention from others and thus shunned me as well. But I worked my way up through life, it all started with a kinder shopkeeper, by kinder I mean he wouldn't beat me within an inch of my life, no he'd let me in his shop every once in a while so I didn't freeze, he was a Half elf like myself but he shunned others instead of them shunning him. He was a master of potions, people came to him all across the city for his elixirs. Even some very dark looking fellows that reeked of death came to him asking for special potions. I wanted to learn why they wanted those potions and so every chance I learned from him. Soon I saw that these don't heal people or some kind of love potion, no these were poisons, the kind that weakened large men to the strength of beggars. Poisons that crippled the healthy and rendered the intelligent dumb. So I took after my sometime benefactor and I soon had a talent for producing the more subtle poisons, the ones that rendered the guard unconscious and let others get by him without a scuffle.

This was a happy point in my life but this all ended in a great fire that was rumored to have been set up by some street gang out for revenge on my master for poisoning their leader. I fled that day and returned back to the streets using my new skills to eek out a life. This changed when I came of age though. I have always been lean of features and something about my brown eyes scared others, I could tell sometimes it proved useful. But on what I think was my sixteenth birthday power flooded into me. Power that scared people even more than my eyes. This power let me lift small objects through the air, produce lights with no fire, mimics a lovers voice, even sap the very strength from a man's body.

My name is Sidoze and I have no other name. I will make my own name. I will take whatever power I can seize and turn it into something other than just gangs on a street corner. I will force all to remember the name Sidoze, and all will bow to me.

Appearance

Spoiler:

Standing at an even five feet Sidoze rarely cuts an imposing figure on height alone. People rarely can pick him up in any setting, his slightly long dark brown hair is pulled back into a simple tail displaying his slightly elongated ears bespeaking of his mixed blood. With pale lean features he always seems to be on the verge of being too skinny. A set of clothes covers his body totally the outfit complete with a wide brimmed hat and a long dark colored scarf tied about his lower neck. beneath a cloak a single slightly curved hilt of a rapier stands on his hip but he treats it as if it is not there. The people who have met him might speak of his eyes being the most striking feature about him, besides the ears of course. The color falling between a a mahogany brown or just plain dark brown. However, if riled up, no easy feat, highlights of red seem to come up in the eyes turning them into something baleful, Sidoze has been known to use this unsettling feature to cow his opposition.
