Javell DeLeon's page

Javell was born to a wealthy family as an only child. He lost his mother during childbirth so naturally, he was raised by his father Sir Richard DeLeon. As soon as he was old enough he began his training as a fifth-generation paladin. He grew up learning about the life of nobility. No expense was spared to teach Javell everything there is to know about being a paladin, therefore, he was taught by the finest teachers in the land.

His father, being always "busy", never spent a lot of time with him, and growing up without a mother didn't help his people skills. So seeing how he was mostly raised by teachers, Javell is short on personality. Relating to others has always been a problem for him. Not to him, mind you, but to anyone who meets him. Except in the instance of diplomacy of course. If it's one thing you're taught, as a noble, it's how to be diplomatic.

By spending his entire youth growing up and learning the ways of being a proper gentleman, Javell had little time for anything else. It was always constant exercise and/or training for Javell. At one point a time ago he met a young lady who he found quite attractive. But once he learned of her lack of nobility, unfortunately, that relationship ended before it ever had a chance to evolve. He knew if he ever married, it would have to be to a woman of nobility. There is one, though, that he relies on and has been his most trusted friend for the longest time. His most valuable companion and trusty steed, Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt is black as night with white socks and a blaze on his forehead in the shape of a thunderbolt. Hence the name. He tends to be more pleasant towards Thunderbolt⚡ than any other. A paladin's greatest pride - at least to him - is the magnificence of his warhorse.

But regardless of how he is perceived, he will always stand by his allies. He will not think twice about risking his own life for anyone that needs help. Maybe it's not so much that he cares so much as it's more like that is the way of a warrior of light. That's the code.

So whether or not he likes you (you'll probably never truly be able to tell), he will always be there with you, standing back to back, facing down hordes of evil, in the end.
