I wanted to see if the GM had any specific character creation rules for those of us that got in to the game?

I guess I forgot to include those.

If you want to create your own character for the event please use the Pathfinder Society rules for character creation, and level them up to level 6. If it is PFS legal it is open for your character.

Use wealth by level for a 6th level PC to buy gear. I can't tell you what that would be at the moment.

No evil alignment.

Please let me know what you create so I don't duplicate it for the pre-gens I create.

I want to paint up some minis for this. If you let me know soon enough and I have time I might be able to paint one for your character. No promises though, as minis are at the bottom of my list of things to do.

Oh this sounds fun!

My wife and I are attending this together. I'm thinking about bringing a stuffy Elven Bladebound Kensai (Off Tank, Flexible Damage), and she would like to field a lucky-go-happy Divine Hunter Paladin. (Tough Ranged DPS)

If the party needs, I don't mind rolling a full arcane (or divine) spell caster. It'd be a shame to miss out on third level spells while crashing a scary unholiday. =)

These sound like characters you have played before. If so, it is really cool that you will be bringing them into my game!

If they do have a bit of history I would be interested to know a little about it.

I'm planning on bringing my Bard (arcane healer), a hard drinking Caydenite and Freedom, his animal companion wolf.

Asking after history, my wife gave the following blurb for her Divine Hunter:

Dawn is a happy, optimistic half-elf raised by her mother in Korvosa’s South Shore district. Despite a tough, legalistic setting, she's always retained her upbeat demeanor, believing that there is inherent good in the world. Her solid upbringing inspired Dawn to become a Paladin of Shaylen, and commit to rooting out evil.

The magus I was thinking about bringing is a fresh character for me:

Character concept is a fairly narrow minded traditionalist, named Lordran. Privileged, he was taught magic and swordplay from early childhood, and held a deep seated belief that one's pedigree is paramount to one's potential. (Very LN) This belief has since been significantly tempered by several levels of adventuring.

The blackblade is an intelligent rapier named "Theta". A weapon, unbeknownst to Lordran, that was forged in Axis.

Is this using your map from RPG superstar?

If so, that is pretty cool. I had the idea to make a short adventure for my map but have not gotten around to doing that yet.

I am in indeed using a revision of that map! It has some of the basic concepts still in there but won't follow the same layout, nor will it require characters to move through that crazy catacomb maze.

I'll have to be sure to post the PaizoCon version of the module and the full concept module at some point.

I'll be bringing a Human Slayer that has picked up trap finding and will be two weapon fighting.

I figured since we may be walking in to a trap, having someone that can find and disable them might be helpful.
