Yes. You will need to make sure that they have a paizo.com account and that you know their email address associated with their paizo.com account or their main forum account name (not any of their aliases). Transferring badges and banquet tickets occurs after checkout. Just go to your My Account page and click on the section for My e-Tickets. You will then have the option to transfer badges or tickets to other paizo.com users. In order to use a transferred banquet ticket, the account holder must also have a 4-Day Badge. For privacy reasons we do not display if the account you are transferring to already has a badge or banquet ticket. Please verify that you are transferring the badge to the correct account as we cannot undo this transfer without consent from the recipient.

If something comes up and you need to return your PaizoCon badge, please contact Customer Service. Generally refunds can be issued back to your payment method up to two weeks before the convention. Refunds for badges that have been transferred to another user will be issued only at the request of the current badge holder and can only be refunded as store credit to the current badge holder's paizo.com account.

You can view your badge status on your My E-Tickets page.

Tickets will be processed manually  and will take about 48 hours between purchasing your ticket and getting sign up access on Warhorn.

After completing your purchase, please navigate to the E-Tickets Page in your account and customize your badge to include your Discord and Warhorn information.

Please visit this blog post for more information about GMing Organized Play games.

To sign up to play games, follow these steps:

  1. Purchase a PaizoCon Online badge from our store.
  2. Visit Warhorn and register for the event.
  3. Find the game(s) you want to play.
  4. Click “Sign Up to Play.”

First, create a Warhorn account using your email address. Once you have done so, visit the PaizoCon Online Warhorn and click the “Register” button in the top right corner.

You do not! PaizoCon Online will feature games for all experience levels, ranging from brand-new players to seasoned veterans. New players are able to sign up for any game, though we recommend beginning with a game with “Intro” in the title, a Bounty, or another game that accepts level 1 characters.

PaizoCon Online will be hosted on the Paizo Events Discord server. This server will be used for voice chat; you will join the voice channel for your assigned table to speak with the other players & GM.

GMs will run games on the virtual tabletop (VTT) of their choice as listed on their game’s Warhorn page. Some VTTs may require users to create an account, which you should do prior to the game. Ask your GM using the Warhorn discussion tab for more information prior to the event. You can also ask for help in the Paizo Events Discord server.

Warhorn is our scheduling site. A game’s Warhorn listing will include the scenario details, GM’s name, and links to other important sites. This may include the virtual tabletop being used, a sign-in sheet for players, or other important information.

The Paizo Events server, located at http://paizo.events, is our Discord server dedicated to PaizoCon Online and other online conventions. It is the social hub for the event. Here, you can chat with your fellow players, third-party content creators and Paizo staff members, play games and participate in panels, and more.
