In this adventure, the PCs take on the roles of Licktoad
goblins, and are in fact counted among that tribe’s most
powerful members. Chosen by the tribe’s chieftain
as those best suited for an expedition to secure more
fireworks from Scribbleface’s secret stash in the old
shipwreck, the PCs take part in a celebratory feast and are
offered numerous chances to prove their skill in a series
of goblin dares.

Chuffy grins as he gets the drop on the horse, bringing the Gorge of Gluttons to bare. With a wicked shriek Chuffy stabs up.

So, +3 to hit and +2D6 damage on top of my sneak, attacking the horses flat-footed!

Before the horse knew what's going on, Chuffy hit it in the middle of it's body, cutting a deep wound. The horse stumbles but is still standing.

The goblins are on their way to the horse, soon close enough to attack.

The horse attacks Chuffy with his two hooves
Hoof 1: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (1) - 2 = -1
Hoof 2: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (16) - 2 = 14
Damage Hoof 1: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Damage Hoof 2: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
but misses with the second hoff and almost hurt himself with the first.

Chuffy stares at the horse, seeing Momurch approaching he decides to wait for his fellow goblin to provide a distraction.

Chuffy is going to delay his action until Mogmurch takes up the flank, giving Chuffy +2 to hit and sneak attack.

Once the horse is distracted by Mogmurchs arrival, Chuffy stabs in again with the Gorge of Gluttons.

With a hard hit Chuffy killed the big horse. It fell to the ground and did not move any more.

I just went through the turns, unfortunately Mogmurch is not flanking, because he did not reach the horse (running is only possible in a straight line). Did you include the +2 for flanking in your attack roll, Chuffy?

Greta looks sadly at the horse. It died without offering her a chance to spike it. But Chuffy had clearly killed it alone. THAT SON OF A TOAD!

Chuffy was delaying to attack when someone flanked. Mogmurch was not actually going to flank, but I imagine someone would have.

I thought you were moving onto the flank? I did increase the attack roll by two, but would have delayed my attack for someone to flank to take it.

Chuffy was the last one to act in Round 1 because of his delay and no one was flanking. The horse was either far away or not in direct line for running. I think this is correct. I'm afraid this means round 2 and the chance for everyone to kill that horse. Please ignore the dead horse, I was reading the posts on my mobile and I somehow skipped some posts. Today is not my day, I'm really sorry for the confusion I caused. *embarrassed again*

with a jump she pulls the trigger on the horse. Sadly the bolt goes wide.

While the horse stepped up to make another attack with it's hooves at Chuffy, Poog used his chance to kill the horse. Greta shot a bolt at the horse but at that time the horse was already on the ground dying and the bolt missed it's target.

Combat over (really)

A very steep vine-choked gangplank with a mossy handrail descends sharply from the ship’s bow to the muddy ground below. One handrail seems to be encrusted with a large ball of dried mud.

1d100 ⇒ 3 and finds it in a piece of grass. She then returns to the others and moves down the blank.

Suddenly awed by the plank Greta thinks for a moment then cautiously walks up. Everything looks good first, but then she slips over her gown and falls back after 3 steps.

Chuffy chuckles as he walks up to the plank and (with the help of his magical ring) leaps up in.

Once at the top he removes the ring and chucks it down to Greta.

"Don't say Chuffy not nice and Chuffy never gives you anything!"

Unfortunately Chuffy did not carefully check the plank before climbing up and stumbled over a vine at the top of the plank. The goblins hear a snap.

I moved Greta and Chuffy to the positions on the map where I think they want to be. Is that correct?

Chuffys eyed widen and he snips on the spot waving his dogslicer.

"Chuffy didn't do it!"

Somewhat paniced, Chuffy will look and listne to see if anything has changed or is coming as a result of his blunder.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24

Chuffy spots that the vine he stumbled over was attached to the ball of dried mud. As he is closer to it now he can see that it is a wasp hive. The vine triggered a mechanism which loosened the hive from the handrail and it's falling down on Greta.

Greta can do a DC 15 reflex check to catch the hive after which she can set it down on the ground gingerly and not worry about the rest of the trap’s effects. But otherwise the nest smashes and releases a cloud of angry wasps.

Greta jumps to the left, to the right, trying to catch it.
"Greta will catch it, Greta will catch it, Greta wi....
Just as I says so she slips in a pool of mud and falls on her back.
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18 But luckily the hive just lands between her arms."Greta got it? YES, Greta, got it!

Mogmurch lets out the breath he was holding, "Can we eat it?" He asks uncertainly, "Mogmurch could burn it first!"

Thanks to Greta's fast reaction the group of goblins escaped beeing attacked by a swarm of angry wasps. Chuffy is already waiting at the deck of the ship. The others check the plank for other wasp hives but could not find any.

I need a DC 10 climb check from everybody who wants to walk up to the deck of the ship.

Greta carefully puts the hive into a sack and then carefully goes up.
Climb: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Aided by the magic ring she walks up easely. Upstairs she takes off the ring and hands it back to chuffy, biting him effectionally in the ear.

The main deck of the shipwreck is cluttered with objects both natural and artificial. Thick swaths of leafy vines grow over the deck, and shiny green patches of algae and moss grow where the vines do not. The central cabin's roof has a wide edge, creating a canopied walkway along the ship's sides. A flight of steps up to the roof of the ship's main cabin, the entrance to which is blocked by a door decorated by a large number of rodent and bird skulls. A smoking stovepipe chimney extends up from the ship's highest point above.

After the four goblins climbed up to the main deck they can hear dogs barking and growling. The noise seems to be coming from above and behind the main cabin.

Greta can hear two dogs, one at the main deck, chained to a mast behind the main cabin. The other one at the upper deck, also chained to the a mast.

Percept Greta Dog MD: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Percept Mogmurch Dog MD: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22

But the dogs can't see the two goblins.

Mogmurch nods grinning and creeps forward, drinking his extract of shield and pulling free a vial of alchemist's fire. Looking to Greta to see if she is ready he prepares to hurl when she fires.

Chuffy hangs back, allowing Greta and Mogmurch their ranged assault against the dogs. He holds his dogslicer ready, incase they aren't quick enough to kill the creatures.
