Already had a Paizo account with a username, and I see we can change the usernames until we have posted 10 times in the message boards. I want to switch mine to something like my character name, but then again, if I do , and we play a different game here at some point I won't be able to change it again by then.

I'm sure you will find something suitable. As far as your message board name, simply create an alias of your character name and you'll see post as [name] on the bottom left of each post.

Easily fixed with your next posting. It asks you if you want to change your alias for the first ten posts. After that, you are locked in.

Luke can you give us a proper explanation of the spoiler buttons? I had to hit mine to see the first post, but now they are under knowledge checks. Do we only check them if we make a roll?

A fair question. The first post was for you and you alone. Hence the spoiler tag with your name. I can have private messages to each of you that way. Honor system.
The check spoilers are for those with the skill who make the DC roll. They can legally (again, honor system) look at all of the spoilers of their roll or less.

Its too bad the avatar change also changes all previous posts by the same alias. If it didn't, the DM could pick a different avatar for each character currently speaking.

Played with this a bit, but it's not quite right. I think I'll just do it manually on my posts. Would it be alright if it didn't show up on short little one or two line post, but any of the juicy ones/combat related?

Actually, I think I see how it works. It you look under the Characters tab at the top, you can click on your alias and then profile. The character sheet info goes in there and auto-populates.
Try it out and see if it works.

Yup, Kevin messed it up. So I ran with it and made him already in the village. You've already been directed there by the ferryman, Berem, so a meeting is nearly assured.

On most forums I have usually found an option to read posts in the order of most recent to oldest, as opposed to the reverse which we see here. Has anyone seen a similar option here?
