Here's one:
A LE Human Strategist Cavalier fighting an equally LE empire in a cyberpunk setting. Made a deal with a mythic witch to gain the ability to use Dominate Person once per person on any target he can actively see.
EDIT: Most of his followers are CG and don't realize he's LE.
I always saw Lelouch as a CG himself. Albeit a borderline insane one.
As an extension, I saw the series as an interesting conflict between Suzaku (LG) and Lelouch (CG) trying to accomplish the same goal.

Hm... here's another one.
This chaotic evil goblin* enchanter likes to take control of other evil creatures, buff them up, and then set them against his enemies, though his control is sometimes not as complete as he believes it is. His current goal is to bind a powerful djinni to his command, but again he probably underestimates how much control he will actually have.
* Well, he kind of looks like a goblin anyway.

Great thread. I know zero about anime or video games so you can rule them out from my clues...

2) LG Female Half-Lashunta Witch, specialising in Enchantment and Divination. High Cha, negative Will save, problems with her mother.
3)CN Human Barbarian 12 (Invulnerable Rager/Urban Barbarian) He can Rage 24 hours a day but dies if he drops out of Rage.

I believe this thread is more for using Pathfinder terms/build/classes to have people guess the characters and items and have people guess who they are supposed to be, not just something about the characters.
For example: She is a heavily optimized to the point of munchkin Arcanist focused on offensive magic to the point of causing a huge among of collateral damage when using her more powerful spells. Also a maximized Sphere of Ultimate Destruction, perhaps with another metamagic feat that alter energy type to fire.

This black and white dressed human Wizard/Rogue is known to have stolen a grand majority of what is in her spellbook from other wizards. She has also got her hands on an artifact that lets her shoot prismatic spray at-will(or at least with a very low-cooldown). She might also have a few levels of alchemist as she was seen throwing some sort of vial that produce powerful explosions.

Wields a spear he stores in an extradimensional space operated similarly to a Glove of Storing, has a spell with permanency cast on his eyes that increase his magic power, and has possibly the highest Int modifier in the world. He's also a famed commanding officer in his country's military, is best friends with the Emperor, and subscribes to string theory.
