Looking into your order #3206710, it seems that the package was too big to have been shipped via USPS for a reasonable price. Using the shipping calculator on the USPS website, it looked like the cheapest USPS Priority option would have been around $80, whereas the order ended up being sent via UPS Ground for ~$26.
