"My expertise is more in swords and noble ladies," Vincent shrugs. After taking some time to look at the engravings, he casts Light, draws his sword, and ventures in slowly, taking the time to look for traps as he goes. "If we find one of those creatures, I'll be sure to introduce it to my sword, and then we'll have something in common."

Vyk draws his sword as well, and followed after Vincent.

"That reminds me, you ever talk to that Absalom girl with the blonde hair, again? The flexible one? She had a friend who really dug my horns, but I can't remember her name to save my life now."

I like the idea of Vincent and Vyk going bar-hopping. It just cracks me up, somehow.

For your reference, 3 mythic tiers also raises initiative mod by 3. The "Amazing Initiative" ability.

"Which blonde? Oh, right! Yes, in fact..." Vincent trails off as he spots danger. "There's some of those creatures right now. I think introductions are in order."

Vincent speeds over to the nearest blue space lion with blinding speed, swinging his greatsword with the same ease he would ordinarily swing a dagger.

Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
Damage: 4d6 + 14 ⇒ (6, 1, 3, 1) + 14 = 25
reroll that...

Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Damage: 4d6 + 14 ⇒ (4, 5, 3, 3) + 14 = 29 ignoring DR and hardness

Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
Damage: 4d6 + 14 ⇒ (2, 3, 6, 3) + 14 = 28 ignoring hardness

Swift action, spend 1 mythic to Fleet Charge nearest blue space lion. That attack roll sucks, so rerolling it with a use of Determination(free action). Then my actual standard action for a second attack. If my first attack kills the first blue space lion, I continue my Fleet Charge so I can resolve the standard attack against the other blue space lion. I have 50 ft move speed right now. Remind me after the battle to increase it to 100 ft.

On each hit I activate foe-biting, which doubles my damage. I know I shouldn't be using so many things on the first round of the first combat, but mythic is super fun.

Things remaining:
Determination 1/2
Mythic 10/11
Foe-Biting 5/6

I'll save cool stuff for next round. Sorry to hold up the combat with a misunderstanding. I knew I didn't get a move action, but I didn't realize I also didn't get a swift action.

I'm not sure what her Study thing is from though.

Looked it up. It works like the Slayer ability which is a move action, so I just take one off the attack roll and the damage.

Dylara's long sword bites deep into the strange creatures flesh and Melon manages to sink a talon in as well, but it is not enough to finish the creature off.

I thought only Vincent had a surprise round, which is why I treated my own surprise round as a normal round. So thanks for kicking studying the space lion out. That's also what I'd have done in a retcon.

And Studied Target is indeed a Slayer ability. The Nature Fang archetype swaps some Druid stuff out for Slayer stuff :)

Okay, now it's time to do mythic stuff.

Vincent turns into a whirlwind of shining steel as he descends upon the blue space lions.

Swift action to use Fleet Charge(attack and move), standard action to attack, If the first (red) lion dies, he does the second attack on the other lion (blue). If they both end up dying, then he'll move to flank a skeleton (red) with his remaining move action, avoiding attacks of opportunity, using his 50 ft move speed.

Attack: 1d20 + 8 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (5) + 8 + 3 - 1 = 15
Damage: 2d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (5, 1) + 7 + 3 = 16 ignores DR

Attack: 1d20 + 8 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 8 + 3 - 1 = 30
Confirm: 1d20 + 8 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 8 + 3 - 1 = 22
Damage: 2d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (4, 1) + 7 + 3 = 15
Crit Damage: 2d6 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (1, 2) + 7 + 3 = 13

Plus bard bonus if any. Hopefully at least one is dead now.

Actually, just to verify, does 60 ft move speed in medium armor turn into 50 ft move speed? And what if my base speed increases to 90 ft? Am I then 80 ft in armor?

"I said you: this won't work, because they value life and do not let undead live" said Khismia. At least for a moment, while Ayu was controlling several skeletons they were not fighting her friends.
"If you want to direct your anger, use it on bug eye monster", she pointed her finger to creature, attacking Vincent. Manifestation of burning skull appeared near it.

Not seeing a way to quickly get into a flanking position with Vincent without putting herself at risk, she instead swings at the (blue) skeleton.

Vincent reels from the monster's unexpected attack, slashing back with his greatsword.

Power Attack: 1d20 + 8 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 8 - 1 + 1 = 9

As his swing goes wide, he takes a step back to regain his composure before its next assault.

I'm not going to spend more mythic this fight if I can help it, unless this creature ends up being super difficult for us to take down. I have a suspicion I should save some resources for later.

Tuich strikes out at the skeleton under Khismia's control but is only leaves a small scratch across it's rib cage. Dylara and Melon make quick work of it though, while Khismia's spell seems to have no effect on the bug eyed creature.

Miko can change her actions since the skeleton is dead.

Vincent
Bug eye monster (9)
Tuich
Dylara
Skeletons
Khismia
Vyk
Miko

Still waiting on Vyk so go for it. Also had to make an adjustment to the creatures damage.

Seeing a sudden opening, Miko moves to behind a pillar and casts a disruption spell at the shadowy thing.

I don't even know if it's undead, I've never seen this thing before, or heard of it. What are you?

I think I get a reroll from the mythic rally as well:

Vyk moves behind the pillar to get in a better position to attack the bug-eyed creature.

"Surprise!" he yells before slicing it.

Hmm, seems a bit low to confirm, but maybe.

Miko's attack also has no effect on the creature, but Vyk's scimitar does the trick by leaving a deep cut. This cut does not seem to heal like the ones caused by Dylara. Sorry no confirm.

The creature isn't to fond of that and suddenly appears next to Khismia and attempts to take bite out of her.

Bite: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27
