Unfortunately, Nalshene knows little of these creatures, and so on her turn she will pull out a wand of invisibility purge and waste a turn attempting to use it on them, even though it won't work. :-P

Glaring puts in an uneasy stab, but her quick moves manage to surprise the creature, and she hits all the same.
Glaurung is quickly surround by a mass of invisible creature - they move in from all sides, and start bashing away at her. One hits after the other lands on the gnome, who has a hard time defending against those she cannot see.

Nalshene uses her wand, but is disappointed to see that it has no effect on the invisible creatures. She then tells Narshala "Narshala! Smell them out! Flank!"
Narshala will move into the room until she can pinpoint one of the creatures with scent (if they have no scent, this obviously won't work). Once she is near enough to one, she will try to claw at it.

Nalshene scratches a stalker, just before Jebediah steps in and starts scratching up the stalker left of Glaurung, ripping it apart in a series of rips and bites. Jebediah then lands his last goring move on the next stalker.
Amsheagar transforms into an elemental again, while Shinkeer moves into the room.
Terentius lets out a shriek as Pad casts a lightning spell, but the sorcerer lays down the shock with such precision that the mad-man cannot complain. Two more stalkers perish, and the remaining ones are severely wounded.

@GM: how long has it been? At the beginning of the competition Glau put up extended displacement that lasts for 26 minutes. I'm not sure if that would still be going or not.
Glau has stoneskin up so I believe that's 55 points off the stoneskin and 10 actual damage. Potentially less if displacement is still active.

Glauring, largely unscathed from the onslaught of stalker, stabs down the closest one and swiftly turns to the next one, taking another powerful stab, severely weakening the creature in the process.
The last two remaining stalkers focus their attacks on Shinkeer, who proves extremely hard to hit.

You collect all your power into a single vicious and debilitating punch.
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike; base attack bonus +6, brawler’s flurry class feature, or flurry of blows class feature.
Benefit: As a full-round action, you can pool all your attack potential in one devastating punch. Make a number of rolls equal to the number of attacks you can make with a full attack or a flurry of blows (your choice) with the normal attack bonus for each attack. For each roll that is a hit, you deal the normal amount of damage, adding it to any damage the attack has already dealt from previous rolls (if any). If any of the attack rolls are critical threats, make one confirmation roll for the entire attack at your highest base attack bonus. If it succeeds, the entire attack is a confirmed critical hit.
Glaurung and Shinkeer stand ready to tear the stalker apart, but Jebediah is simply too fast, and has torn the invisible creatures to pieces before anyone can react.

"Let's look in here," Glaurung suggest as she moves back down the hall to one of the doors they missed earlier. Before opening it she recasts enlarge person, bull's strength, and displacement. Last 13 minutes each.
Glaurung opens the door to reveal the room behind.
This room is dark, moist, and rank with the smell of sweat, mildew, and iron. Desks sit in even, tiered rows facing the southern end of the room, where thick metal chains hang from the slate-covered wall.
Chained to the back wall is Illia Ean, the final remaining competitor in the Breaching festival. She looks badly bruised and beaten.

Amsheagar looks into the room. He wispers to those around him. "There were two in this room." He casts Detect Magic and concentrates for as long as it takes to locate any and all spells in the room.
