Well it's not as extreme as you are thinking.

Drinking. I am in Haarlem at the moment and I found some amazing Trappist brews. Mind you as I drink about a beer or two a month back home, having 2 or 3 in a night counts as heavy drinking.

Nudity: Mixed spa/sauna and North sea beaches. After the first ten minutes you almost forget everyone is naked.

Well, you just took it down a notch.

All, well, it looks like we're getting back up to speed and this is, in my opinion, good. I'll continue to post regularly (from work, as I can) and over the weekend (when I have time). All I need from you is a collective "direction" (tower or prison) and we'll move onward!

Tower is my vote - seems smaller and a good first point of assault. Also, as has been said, we don't want to leave a bunch of enemies behind us if that can be avoided.

Sorry - just got back and settled from my own travels. No nudity to report, but did manage to get some great beers at several micro-breweries in Austin.

All, I know I haven't posted combat maps in a while, but I really haven't seen the point. We're all mature and I know each of you are playing tactfully smart... so unless something has reach or you do something that obviously provokes, I'm assuming you're being careful. Also, once we get into the old prison, some of the rooms aren't really going to warrant it. And those that do, well, I'm going to have to cut up the map, probably in illustrator, to build each battle. (Obviously, that's pretty involved. I can't wait for Paizo to just build maps for only play).

Not that I have any new APs/modules, but many people I have seen will scan the map into a pdf or jpeg and then use that as the background in MapTools. Then you just adjust the grid as close as you can get it. Shouldn't be that hard. Unfortunately the module that I am running - a modified version of the AD&D Temple of Elemental Evil - does not have new maps, so I have to build them all from scratch.

Well, I don't exactly have Map Tools on my PC at work, either. ;)

Ah . . . technicalities.

Well, I do post a lot of stuff from work. Not all of it, but a lot.

That said, I'll probably throw more stuff up while I'm at home, too, in prep.

It it helps, I do get PDF copies of all the APs, so I can split off and send you the maps. I have been inentionally avoiding as much as possible, but if it will help I will do that.

Oh, I have the AP & the maps. I just haven't been uploading them or applying the graph template (which I'd need to do for some combats).

Is there a reason why this campaign is suddenly in my Inactive Campaigns group?

The forums occasionally go crazy. Seems to be fixed now, at least for me, but this is neither the first nor, I suspect, the last time this will happen.

Still in the previous campaigns for me.

RGM - if you could check under the Campaign Info tab and click to edit the campaign info. It is possible that my active box got unchecked.

Am I showing as active like everyone else? This is still showing up in my "Previous Campaigns" section. If you can uncheck and check it, that might fix it. If not, I will contact the system admins later this evening.

Alexa, I checked and rechecked the campaign. It went inactive when I checked it and returned to normal when I unchecked it. If it's still showing inactive for you, you may want to contact the web department!

I shot them an email yesterday. Not sure how long it will take for them to get it fixed. If I do not respond within 24 hours ever, feel free to shoot me a PM.

Sure, the campaign won't show under your tabs, but that doesn't mean you can't just save the thread. So, just check back until they get it fixed. ;)

I know. It is more the fact that I am in quite a few campaigns and do not want to forget about this one. I hate it not being in the regular campaigns.

As I said, I emailed them on Friday. If it is not fixed in the next day or two, I will contact customer service again.

I have like 5 gold, so if I have to purchase the Scimitar, I will need some money. I only started with level 1 funds and we have not done much adventuring which has produced income yet.

Indeed, we all started with level one funds. However, some characters spent more traits than others. (^_^)

Madeline still has some of her starting funds left and so people buying up for 'bear' at the Black-smith's might also be a good idea. Though Madeline only has about 60 Gp left, so nothing too large.

Hopefully a weapon for Alexa and such will be available.

Whew! Glad you saw the tongue in cheek. It is hard to communicate it over the net.

RGM - could you try removing me from the campaign, saving it, and then readding me. I am still not seeing things under the Gameplay tab. I cannot figure how to contact the appropriate admins to get this fixed even though I have sent an email and posted on the Website thread.
