Ulf continues to try and pound on the ogre but misses Tyr casts daze on the ogre again, however it does not seem to be affected. Elk'lyn steps back and prepares to shoot an arrow at the oni in the back if it starts to cast a spell. Gundar, taking the brunt of the creatures attacks tries to hit back but misses.

Meanwhile, the ogre smacks Gundar very hard and the dwarf cleric crumples in a heap and is bleeding out. Kikonu seeing an opening fires two arrows at Elk'lyn but misses because the ogre is in the way.

Didn't realize I'd forgotten to roll in my post last night. Sorry!

"NO!! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!" Ulf screams at the top of his lungs, whirling and slashing with his axe in a horizontal strike across the ogre's belly, putting his full weight behind the slash.

Gaxe Power Attack: 1d20 + 9 - 1 ⇒ (15) + 9 - 1 = 23
Gaxe Damage: 1d12 + 8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 8 + 3 = 19

Also, I just realized that I have been forgetting to account for the Overhand Chop ability that gives double STR bonus instead of 1.5x with a single attack. That's why I changed the +6 to +8.

The axe cuts deep into the ogre's stomach, opening a line across its' flesh that immediately pours blood at the creature's feet.

Gromff, If you die, I'll kill you!

Ely'lyn sees the dwarf fall and for a brief moment, fear takes over her and she looses an arrow far from it's intended mark.

"Ulf! Close the damn door!" she yells, trying to think how to turn things around.

Ulf swings his axe with fury, and wounds the ogre standing in the doorway. Elk'lyn shoots, but seeing Gundar fall, she misses. Gundar continues to bleed out, while Tyr hits the Ogre with a magic missile.

The ogre turns its rage to Ulf, and hits the warrior hard. Kikonu laughs and dances in the rear, "you ruined my play, now Slugwort ruin you!" and he cackles with joy.

Male Human (Ulfen) Fighter 3 | AC 18 T 12 FF 16 | HP 33/33 | F +5 R +3 W +1 | Init +4 | Perc +1

One of these days I'm going to stop forgetting to roll the doggone dice...

"Ulf is not leaving Gundar alone!!" the warrior shouts, choosing to fight on despite the warning shouted by Elk'lyn. If he was going to go down it wasn't going to be after he had abandoned a friend and ally in combat!

The warrior switches his swing from a chest-level slash to one aimed in a high arc, hoping the sudden change in tactics will prove successful.

Power Attack: 1d20 + 9 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 9 - 1 = 25
Damage: 1d12 + 8 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 8 + 3 = 22

If my figurin' is right, that means the ogre has taken 41 damage from Ulf and 16 from Tyr for a total of 57, which should bring it to -5. I'm going to write this from the perspective of if Tyr had hit before Ulf did, because the order of the hits didn't matter since they went after each other anyway and it gives me a chance to insert some Ulfen intimidation. Hope that's ok.

Ulf's tactical change proves fruitful, the sharp edge of his axe catching the ogre full in the throat, a gash opening that fountains blood over the Ulfen warrior's head. The monster barely has time to widen its eyes in surprise at the blow before it crumples at Ulf's feet, blood pouring from its throat and its stomach.

The powerful giant quickly bleeding to death at his feet, Ulf points his axe at Kikonu, his hair, face, and body sprinkled in the ogre's blood. "ULF COMES FOR YOU NEXT!!" he screams at the top of his lungs.

Elk'lyn was about to shoot when the beast fell to Ulf and Tyr attacks.

Without thinking she stepped forward, prodding at the dwarf belt, where he had earlier stored the potion they had found. She hopped it wasn't too late, but there was no time to check.
Taking the potion, she drowns it in the dwarf mouth, hopping to see any reaction at all.

Taking a 5ft step forward. Move to get the potion from Gundar belt potion, standard to use it.

Ulf swings and severely wounds the ogre, which allows Tyr to put the creature down. Elk'lyn quickly moves up to Gundar and pours a potion down his throat hoping to prevent the cleric from dieing. Gundar wounds stop bleeding and some of them even close a bit as he is now stabilized.

Kikonu, seeing his meat shield go down goes into a frenzy and looses two arrows at the big warrior, hitting him once, while screaming "you ruined everything, now you die!"

Male Human (Ulfen) Fighter 3 | AC 18 T 12 FF 16 | HP 33/33 | F +5 R +3 W +1 | Init +4 | Perc +1

The arrow strikes Ulf in the shoulder and he grunts in pain, though it seems only to spur the warrior on. Giving another loud battle roar, he charges toward Kikonu, his axe raised high as he screams,"YOU FIRST!!"

Charging Power Attack: 1d20 + 9 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 + 2 - 1 = 23
Power Attack Damage: 1d12 + 8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 8 + 3 = 17

Just as with the ogre, Ulf's axe bites deep, opening a gash in his enemy's chest.

"Wizard, can you take him up?" she says pointing to the dwarf and moving inside the room to shoot the enemy Ulf is facing, deep down, she is real troubled. Were the huge warrior to fall, she and the Wizard wouldn’t be a match for the other.

Atk: 1d20 + 9 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 9 - 1 + 1 = 19

Male Human (Ulfen) Fighter 3 | AC 18 T 12 FF 16 | HP 33/33 | F +5 R +3 W +1 | Init +4 | Perc +1

Thinking about it, it would make a great deal more sense for Ulf to hold his charge until the archers had gotten their shots off so that they wouldn't suffer the -4 penalty for shooting into melee. Since Kikonu goes at the top of the order anyway, Ulf delaying until the end of the order wouldn't make a difference in how combat actually goes down. If you feel like being forgiving of the mistake, DM Papa, I'd like for Ulf's action to be delayed until the end of the round.

Ulf pauses to give the archers an opportunity to further wound the creature, which they do. Both Tyr and Elk'lyn shots hit the creature. Ulf then charges and wounds the creature.

Dropping its bow and drawing its sword the creature attacks the warrior twice with its sword and once biting. Unfortunately for Ulf, only the first sword stroke misses, and he falls in a heap on the floor. "You are next!" he points at Elk'lyn.

Using the Sword:

Being unable to use her weapon of choice, she holds the bow with only one hand and pulls free her sword, using it to attack the noosy. Surprisingly she hits and she does not lose opportunity to mock her enemy.

”See? Even with this pitiful sword I can hurt you! You are going down!” she says trying to fake a confidence she don’t have.
Move to draw the sword, Standard to attack, 5ft to move into R24
Atk: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Dmg: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

Tyr steps back and uses a scroll to improve his chance of being missed by Kikonu. Elk'lyn steps back also, swings with her longsword and further wounds the creature, but does not put him down. Gundar and Tyr still lay there, not bleeding but in no condition to do anything.

Kikonu takes a five foot step so he is in reach of both of the elves and critically hits Elk'lyn and bites her, as the elf falls to the ground and is bleeding out. As the ranger goes down, Kikonu points at Tyr, "and now it is your turn to die!"
