I'm planning on making a Kitsune Ninja 1, with the eventual goal of becoming an Arcane Trickster. I'll work on it tonight, should be ready late or by tomorrow.

I've already got this level 1 cleric of Shelyn made so I think I'll bring her. Channeling/healing/buffing focused. I've got selective channeling at 1st and the rest of my feats will be channeling focused.

I may tweak her slightly before we start but for the most part I'm ready to go.

Hello all - not sure what I'll be playing in this game, just got back from a weekend at a con, will recuperate a bit and think on characters. I emailed Oladon and Feral to let them know this thread was up.

Feral was at the con with me, will be driving home until late tonight so may not check in right away, and Oladon is an incurable slacker, so who knows what she'll do. :p


Hrm... I was thinking I'd bring Kelevan, but he's level 2 already and I'm thinkin' it might be better to start fresh for this.

Sounds like we need some melee... lemme see what I can come up with.

I'm pondering. I'm leaning toward a skald.


Well, it seems we're a bit short on arcane, although we'll have it down the road with the arcane trickster. I'm considering doing something completely different, like a Wayang Witch, both of which would be new to me. It seems we'll have some buffing from Melody and Feral's skald, so some debuffing of baddies might be a good idea.

Unless I try an Arcanist...

Skalds are pretty awesome; I played one up to seventh level in Tek's Dragon's Demand. I recommend Extra Rage Power because the ability to give others rage powers is the big advantage that class has over bards.

@Khel: Depending on how Tek's ranger is built, arcane or more melee power would be useful I suppose. Whatever you want really. Skalds will also have a little bit of arcane to go around and can will probably assist in the damage department.


I'm thinking more melee focused, as I've already got two archery focused rangers. Likely making a dwarf with the Torag faith style combat style from Inner Sea Combat.

Correct. Given that you're going into a deep dungeon, I would recommend Undercommon. There doesn't seem to be a lot of interaction with people in the area around the Spire.

I believe we are now just starting round 3. Kali acted in both rounds 1 and 2. At the start of round 3, Kali is delaying until after Melody.
