Sorry I have been completely out of contact the last few days. Ice storm took out power and internet on Friday. We got power back Friday night, but still no internet at home.

Ice Storm. Lots of trees brought down with an extra 200-300 pounds of ice on them. A friend that lives about 4 miles away still doesn't have power, and removed 13 trees from his (long) driveway

0 - Acid splash, Dancing lights, Detect Magic, Detect poison
1 - Ear-piercing scream x 2, Grease, Shield
2 - Fire sneeze, Limp Lash, Extended Shield

So... less level 2 spells, but we once again have Limp Lash for the sake of taking prisoners. Unless you all violently object to that and want me to beg the DM for a chance to reassign spell slots. ;) It's a Necromancy spell, after all, so it takes me two slots...

Just FYI, I'm leaving on Friday for a 10-day vacation to Italy. I'm back May 13, though I don't know how jet-lagged I'll be (I'm hoping to try to stay up the entire flight and get right back on schedule, more or less, but the best-laid plans of mice and men...).

I'm in another game with him, and will drop him a note, but I'd definitely say just DMPC him at this point.

I really like this game and my character and everyone playing in it but honestly it's tough to stay engaged when it's a week between updates. I know real life can intervene, especially in the summer, but I'd love to see us find a way to get three or four posts a week each.

Nice. My big priority is getting my shield changed to a buckler; right now it's really cramping my style!

I guess we all need to figure out good weapons -- drow bane seems like an obvious choice, but not sure what else might work here. (Maybe worth looking at the campaign traits for some ideas of what we're going to face.)

Oh, and I want a poltergeist knot (or three)!
