There's no map for the following part.

Baer's surveillance reveals there's a multitude of windows one could escape through. Those who move up to the door of Trinia's flat do notice the the tenement doors have no real locks. Trinia's door, however, is barricaded from the inside.

So far only Tural and Mavor went up?

Majenko didn't have a mental connection the moment Baer tried to speak to him through her mind, but he establishes a mental link with everyone after she's repeated her questions.

"I'll let you know if she moves out of any of the windows!"

The little dragon flies up and circles the building, keeping his eyes on the windows.

As Baer knocks on the door, Mavor steps up and speaks loudly enough that Trinia might hear from behind her door.

"Miss Sabor? Please open up. We're here to get you away from the mob safe and sound. We're here for your support and protection to get you to a safe place, before the mob might discover where you actually live. No doubt you've seen them roaming close to this building as well. We believe in justice and this mob won't give it to you. Come with us an we'll keep you from being harmed by either them or the one that proclaimed you guilty."

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

After that, Mavor looks to Tural and Baer with a shrug and a look that says Hey, we need to get her our right?

He lays a hand on Baer's shoulder and leans in a bit closer.
"If she responds well to that, let Tural do the talking. We don't want to scare her off again, okay?"

While Mavor starts talking Majenko contacts all of you: "She's sneaking out the window!"

You spot Trinia, who realizes you do. She abandons stealth and flees at top speed across the Shingles. If you want to catch her, you must give chase across the cluttered, tangled, and dangerous rooftop slums. By attempting dangerous leaps from rooftop to rooftop, scrambling frantically up walls, and navigating narrow walkways, you have a good chance of catching her.

The next bit is very different from what I've ever done in Pathfinder. The AP suggests taking pieces of paper and laying them out. you'd then have to move from one piece to another, to try and catch up with Trinia. If you check the map link you'll see I decided to make it into a board game.

Shingle Chase Rules:
At the start of the chase, each character and Trinia makes an Initiative check to determine the order in which they move.

When a character moves, he decides if he wants to attempt to move one, two, or three tiles. A character can move one tile as a move-equivalent action (scrambling under laundry lines and across open rooftops) automatically, or he can attempt to move two or three tiles in his turn by taking dangerous shortcuts as a full-round action (leaping from one rooftop to the next, clambering up a drainpipe, swinging along a line, or balancing along a narrow walkway, for example). If a character wants to move two tiles, he must select one of the two skill checks from the tile he starts his turn on to make in order to move two tiles. If a character wants to move three tiles, he must make both of the current tile’s skill checks to progress. If a character fails any of these checks by 5 or less, he only moves one tile forward. If a character fails any of these checks by more than 5, he cannot move at all that turn, and if he fails two checks by more than 5, he falls 1d4×10 feet to the street below, taking the appropriate amount of falling damage.

A fallen character has two choices—he can either make a DC 15 Climb check on his turn to return to the tile from which he fell, or he can wind his way through alleys and over fences and through mobs to continue the chase by making a DC 15 Strength or Dexterity check (his choice) to move one tile—a fallen character cannot choose to attempt to move two or three cards until he climbs back up into the Shingles.

Characters who start on the ground have the same options as fallen characters.

A character can also choose to make a ranged attack or cast a spell during his turn. If the action is a standard or move-equivalent action, he can still chose to move forward one tile. If the action is a full-round action, he can’t move at all. For purposes of determining range, it’s easiest to assume that each tile represents a distance of 30 feet. Although the Shingles could provide plenty of cover, Trinia herself is too panicked to look for cover or hide, so you don’t need to worry about that during ranged combat here.

Initiative:
Allyph: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Baer: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Denario: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Mavor: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10
Quorthos: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Tural: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16

Trinia: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Round 1:
Denario
Baer
Tural
Quorthos

Trinia
Mavor
Allyph

Denario, Baer, Tural and Quorthos get to go first. If you want to move multiple tiles, you'll find the skill checks (obstacles) to the board's right side.

Majenko wants to chase after Trinia as well, but is suddenly attacked by a duo of imps.

"Just go after her! I can easily beat these, I'm the imp slayer!"

I personally think it ruins this "mini game" to have Majenko just fly over to Trinia. If you disagree and want Majenko to also chase Trinia, let me know and the imps will randomly turn invisible and flee the scene.

Damn shame of that nat 20, oh well... Let's see if Mavor can still jump some rooftops. Posting before I go to bed.

Seeing Trinia flee, Mavor sighs deeply. "I was hoping to avoid this. Well, let's not waste time and chase after her I supposse."

Mavor gives chase after Trinia by leaping out of the window onto the roofs and sprinting after her.
Aiming to move three tiles as the DC's seem doable.

Round 1

Baer growls as Trinia proves her guilt by trying to flee...and flee from a raging battle orcess is pretty foolish.

Baer gives chase, running across the cluttered rooftop...

Blue: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Acrobatics vs. 10

...then trying to pick her way though a hidden shortcut.

Yellow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 Perception vs. 12

Getting disoriented after slipping, she goes no where.

Relevant Skills:

This is well adapted, GM SN. Nice work.

@Denario: Range is described in the second last paragraph of the rules.

Baer growls and gives chase, running across the cluttered rooftop. However, this proves harder than she expected and she doesn't move as fast as she'd hoped.

@Baer: "If a character wants to move three tiles, he must make both of the current tile’s skill checks to progress."
Your 2nd skill check would be the gap in the wall, not the hidden shortcut. If you decide to move more than 1 tile, you only move after clearing the skill(s) from the tile you're already on. (Though, in this case, you failed your 1st skill check by 5. So you only move 1 tile anyway.)

She'd have been within 30 feet at the time, but she wasn't visible from your position on the ground.

I've placed your token back, next to the tokens of Quorthos and Allyph. Characters who start on the ground have the same options as fallen characters. (See the rules at the top of the thread for reference.)

You can either climb up to tile 1 of the Shingles (with a Climb check), or you can move next to tile 2 while on the ground (with a Str or Dex check). You can't move to tile 2 of the Shingles while on the ground.

Which option would you like to use the roll for?

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 Perception vs. DC 15

Baer skitters across the tiles, but does the wrong way and ends up going nowhere.

At least, I moved one square this time. w00t!

@Denario: You're still on the ground. You didn't choose to move up with a Climb check on your previous round, meaning your options are still the same as previous round. You may retcon.

Tural ducks through a hidden shortcut and keeps running, which causes him to catch up with Mavor.

Quorthos pauses to look at Majenko, but sees the little dragon is able to handle himself. He then chases after Trinia, making his way over a cluttered rooftop and using the same gap in a wall Mavor used as shortcut.

@Baer: You started this round in tile 2, aka Yellow 1. (You moved 1 tile last round.) The checks to move 2 or 3 tiles from this tile are Acrobatics 20 and Perception 15. Not Acrobatics 10 and Perception 15.

And if you fail a check by 5 or more:
"If a character fails any of these checks by more than 5, he cannot move at all that turn, and if he fails two checks by more than 5, he falls 1d4×10 feet to the street below, taking the appropriate amount of falling damage."

I'll keep your attempt at the Perception check. Do you want to retry Acrobatics versus a DC of 20, or do you want to drop that skill check and go with only Perception?

@Baer: In round 1 I chose to ignore the Perception check ('cause Perception wasn't an option there), and assumed you tried only the Acrobatics check. You failed that by 5, causing you to move just 1 tile instead of 2.

@Denario: If you choose to stay on the ground you'll need to make a DC 15 Str or Dex check to move one tile. To move things along I'll use your roll of 8 for a Dex check, as Dex is your best stat, for a total of 11.

Baer makes use of a hidden shortcut, but then falls through the crumbling roof of a shack. She falls 10 feet and hits the street, ending up next to Denario.

Denario continues to follow Trinia from the ground. He has to come to a full stop when Baer hits the ground in front of him, and isn't able to narrow the gap between Trinia and himself.

"Just leave me be! I never harmed the king!" Trinia calls out to Quorthos, her voice heavy with emotion. She then makes her way over a narrow walkway and another tightrope, making use of her incredible acrobatic skills to get away from her pursuers.

A cry of frustration escapes Allyph when she again fails to climb higher than a foot before she falls down. "AGH! I hate climbing!"

Denario sees this is meaningless, and joins Baer in her search.

Baer grumbles, looking at Denario.

"I didn't really want to catch her anyway," Baer grumps while returning to Trinia's apartment.

"We stand no chance following her. Maybe we will find some clues in her apartment."
He waits for Baer and Denario to walk with them to the apartments.

Failing to squeeze through the gap in the fall, Quorthos calls out after the fleeing woman:"You stand no chance on the street, alone. We can offer you protection, even from her. If you are truly innocent, you have nothing to fear and everything to gain from coming with us!"

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (8) + 0 = 8

Baer and Denario head toward Trinia's apartment, where they see a frustrated Allyph curse the act of climbing.

Tural also seems to realize he won't be able to keep up with Trinia now the distance has drastically increased. He heads back with Baer and Denario.

Quorthos doesn't give up so easily. He continues to pursue Trinia and figures a gap that's to small for him makes for a nice shortcut. He loses precious time getting out of the gap, and once more calls out to the fleeing woman.

"You can't!" Trinia responds to Quorthos. "She'll trick people into getting her way! I have to get out of this city!"

Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

Mavor notices a hidden shortcut, but has trouble squeezing through. He ends up moving less fast than he'd hoped to, ending up next to Quorthos.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (3) + 25 = 28

Trinia moves over a narrow rooftop to increase the distance between her and her pursuers, but realizes the distance is large enough to ensure she doesn't have to take any risks.

For those who are heading back; I'm trying to keep the time it takes you to head back realistic compared to the the time the others are still chasing Trinia. It'll be a move action for each tile you're moving back, and you'll be in front of Trinia's door once you're on the 1st blue tile. If you've giving up the chase I'll treat moving up to the Shingles from the roof as another move action.

There is no rush for Baer's explorations. I'm fine with being out of initiative too. Whatever works.

Round 5

Baer double moves closer to the entrance to Trinia's apartment.

Human Magus 10 Hp 82/82, AC 19/15/15, F+8, R+7, W+9, Spd.30ft. CMB+8, CMD22, Perc.+2, Init+8

"I hope they will overtake her. Saves us a lot of searching in the long run."
